Big NPC Pathing has been greatly improved, they no longer noclip and you can no longer attack inside them & they align correctly with the player and vice versa. Big NPC's now have a larger HP bar, such as JAD! People will no longer see food/potions you drop in the wilderness (items never display for everyone). All Max Capes/Hoods now load into kits even if you only have 1 of them. New ::changepassword dialog, requires to re-enter to confirm it. Rune Javelins are now available in the range shop. "You have been frozen" text is now red, like OSRS. Ballista Drop Rate Changed! The Heavy and Light Ballista drop rates have been changed and are now 25% lower, or 1 in 750 for the Heavy Ballista and 1/375 for the Light one. (drop table) Rule Changes - (Scamming) #5b. Scamming & Hacking. Scamming other players on Roat Pkz is not allowed. This does not include the likes of switching items in trade screens and switching rules whilst at the Duel Arena.
