Roat Pkz Skilling Hey everyone, today I am very excited to announce that Roat Pkz will be implementing skills into the game. Although Roat Pkz is a PvP server, sometimes people get tired of PvPing and just wanna chill, skilling is a great solution for that. This update was in the works for the past 2 months and a lot of thought and work has gone into it, it is in my opinion one of the best ways to implement skilling on a PvP Server, believe me I tried every other server and I believe we really got it right. And to keep things fun and dangerous, every high tier skilling resource (rune rocks, magic trees, anglerfish, etc) can only be found in the wilderness. (You can read more about the 1.8B competition on the bottom of the post) When you first log in to try skilling you will be treated with this nice client background made by @Fantastic Skilling Home We have changed the home area a bit and got rid of that useless house and replaced it with a mini skilling zone. Here you can get started with skilling & get to know the basics. Skilling Island When you enter the Portal at Home you appear on the Skilling Island, on this Island you can find all of the skills to train. The Skilling Island is a custom made map and has a nice nature theme to it, you'll spend most of your time here. Resource Area If you're brave you can show up to the Resource Area, The resource area has also been partly custom made and has a lot of resources there. You can enter it for 100 Pk Points or 1,000 Skilling Points. Keep in mind that skilling in the wilderness will be at least 2x XP and money. Skilling Points Skilling Points will be the main currency used with skilling, it has a value of 0.1 Pk Points and can be cashed out for Pk Points. For example, you can mine a Runite Rock & then sell it for 500 Skilling Points and cash those 500 Skilling Points out for 50 Pk Points. Fishing Skill Fishing is an easy skill to train, you can start off at home then move to the east side of the Skilling Island. If you're brave you can show up to the Resource Area, Deep Easts or Bandit Camp. (2x XP in wilderness). The Fishing Dock on the Skilling Island - (Anglers outfit boosts xp by 10%). Cooking Skill Cooking is a fast skill to train, you can start off at home then move to the east side of the Skilling Island and cook on the stove inside the fishing hut. (2x XP & SP in wilderness). Me cooking in the fishing hut - (Cooking gauntlets boosts XP by 10%) Mining Skill Mining is a great skill to make money with at high level, you can start off at home then move to the west side of the Skilling Island and mine in the pit. (2x XP in wilderness). Me Mining at the Skilling Island - (Prospector Outfit boosts XP by 10%) Smithing Skill Smithing is good skill, you can both smelt bars and then smith them. You can find ores on the west side of the Skilling Island and a furnace inside the mining hut. (2x XP in Resource Area). Me Smithing at the Mining Hut - (Goldsmith gauntlets boosts XP by 10%) Agility Skill The Agility Skill is a must train skill for any Pker, not only will it unlock agility shortcuts but it will also recover your run energy A LOT quicker. We have 3 Agility Courses that you can enter from the Skilling Island. Level 1: Gnome Stronghold Agility Course Level 35: Barbarian Assault Agility Course Level 52: Wilderness Agility Course The Agility Hut at skilling Island - (Graceful restores your run faster & boosts XP by 10%). Woodcutting Skill Woodcutting is a great skill to make money with at high level, you can start off at home then move to the north side of the Skilling Island and enjoy the wast amount of trees (2x XP in wilderness). The Woodcutting guild on the Skilling Island - (Lumberjack outfit boosts XP by 10%). Firemaking Skill Firemaking is a rather fast skill, you can train it anywhere on the Skilling Island, although I'd recommend using the Firemaking Dungeon on the Island, you can enter it through the trapdoor in the Woodcutting guild (2x XP in wilderness). Entering the Firemaking Guild (Pyromancer outfit boosts XP by 10%) Just find a free track in the guild and get going (2x XP in the wilderness). Thieving Skill Thieving is a very easy skill to train, you can start off at home then move to the center of the Skilling Island and use the stalls there (2x XP & SP in Resource Area). Me Thieving at the Skilling Island - (Rogue Outfit boosts XP by 10%) Crafting Skill Crafting is a rather simple skill, you can train it anywhere in-game, but you can find the Crafting supply shop south of the Skilling Island. You can both craft gems & spin strings (2x XP in wilderness). Me picking flax and @Fantastic cutting gems. Fletching Skill Fletching is a unique skills and has multiple things to fletch, you can train it anywhere in-game, but you can find the Fletching supply shop inside the Woodcutting guild. You can fletch bows, string bows, make crossbows, make darts, make bolts, tip bolts & a lot more! (Great xp with magic logs in wild). Stringing some bows & fletching some logs. XP Rates The XP rates are different for each skill, but it's roughly 5-10x osrs rates, depends on your skilling methods and the skill. Skilling Pets 6 out of the 10 released skills have pets involved, if a skilling tutor has a pet nearby, then that skill has a pet. Pet rates are different for each skill but the rates are roughly 1 pet for every 50 hours of skilling (25 hours in wild). Mining - Rock Golems Thieving - Rocky (Racoon) Agility - Giant Squirrel Fishing - Heron (Bird) Phoenix - Firemaking (Bird) Beaver - Woodcutting 1.8B Skilling Competition To make skilling more interesting, we will be running a competition for OSRS GP or Donation Credit. Payment Plan - Pay a base price of 30M, then an extra 3M for every 10K you sold. Roat Pkz Updates!Hello everyone, a lot of exciting updates have been added in-game and even more on the way! Bank Tabs! Bank Tabs have finally been added in-game, they work very well and better than most, you now have 9 bank tabs you can use to organize your items in-game. Switching bank tabs is also super fast and no delays, you can also re-order the arrangement of your tabs and see which tab items are in with search and a lot more. Bank Placeholders! You can now use the Lock icon in the bank interface to enable bank placeholders, this will help you keeping your bank organized when you only have 1 of an item. Boss Locations Interface! You can now easily see where the next Skotizo or Jad spawn is in-game, just do ::bosslocs or click on them in the quest tab! This will be very helpful for new players! New In-Game Toggles! (K/D - Drop Warning) You can now choose if you wish do receive Kills/Deaths/KDR/Elo in Duel Arena, FunPk or in Tournaments, this is a great addition to people who care deeply about their KDR and are finally able to stake or have fun on their mains! You can also disable dropping rare item warning which is great for drop parties Trade All Button to Trade Interface! You can now trade all of your items with a simple click, great for sales! Spam Closing gate issue fixed! You can no longer spam close gates and prevent anyone from entering, after 3 quick open/close the gate gets stuck open for a few seconds. Automatically change magic books! When you use ::veng, ::barrage or the pre-set in rune pouch you will be offered to change your magic book as well! Other Updates! Amethyst Javelins work with ballista. Abyssal Tentacle now has around 25% chance of poisoning your opponent. Leaf Bladed Battleaxe now has the correct attack animations All Obsidian items now have the correct attack animations. Staff of the dead bashing has been fixed. ::anglers command added, takes anglers from bank. Ents have been slightly moved away from corp cave. Abyssal Dagger has received an accuracy buff. Roat Pkz Updates! Hello everyone, a lot of exciting updates have been added in-game and even more on the way! ZULRAH! Zulrah has now arrived on Roat Pkz! It's without a doubt one of the hardest monsters in-game right now and requires more attention than others. It has a great drop table with multiple high tier items, including the long awaited blowpipe! As of now it only does 1 rotation but we might add more in the future. You can find it at ::Zulrah! (Please keep in mind a bank at zulrah or a free ::zulrah teleport might not last forever, use it while you can) Zulrah's Drop Table The current drop table is pretty solid but it might be adjusted over the next few days. Keep in mind that all current Tanzanite/Magma helms & mutagens got reset for the right price (50 VP + Serp)! Toxic Blowpipe The Toxic blowpipe is a very powerful weapon, great for PVMers and pures. It's Zulrah's signature drop. You can charge it with any range dart and Zulrah's scales. It has an attack speed of a shortbow in PVP but is 1 tick faster in PVM or the same as shooting normal darts. It also has a great special attack which increases your damage by 50% and heals you 50% of the damage dealt. It will also venom your opponents. Pet Snakeling If you're lucky enough you'll have one of these following you after a Zulrah kill (1/1500). New Blue Special Attack Bars! If you don't have enough energy to perform a special attack with your current weapon, the special bar will appear blue! Spec Restore Time Change! Super Donator - From 2 minutes to every 1.5 minutes. Normal Donator - From 10 minutes to every 5 minutes. Normal Player - From NEVER to every 10 minutes. Staff Demotions Hay has been demoted for being involved with phishing accounts. Alkosor has been demoted for inactivity. Other Updates! - Wests zone restrictions have been removed, ::wests teleport remains. - You now perform a normal attack if you accidentally try to spec without enough energy. - Kraken instance price has been lowered to 200 PKP (- 50 PKP). - In-Game drop table has been simplified & organized better. - Fixed XP Bar appearing over interfaces such as the bank one. - Ring of Recoils can now be destroyed (to reset charges). - Crystal Shield and Bow are now tradeable (Bug Fix). Donator Revamp & Rares Reset! The whole donation system has been complete garbage for the past months, however that is no longer the case. The whole system has been re-made from scratch and offers great rewards that will hold their value (unlike previous rares did). I'll list most of the new and improved features below. Extreme Donator Rank After 7 years we have finally released a new Donator Rank. This will be the ultimate Donator rank on Roat Pkz and is sold at a fair price of $89.95. It has a few new neat features but mostly improves current ones. A Extreme Donator zone will be added in-game later on! New Features Free Jad and Skotizo Teleports. Free Kraken and future monster instances. ::teles - open teleport interface from anywhere. +5 Extra Mage Arena Cape charges after mini-quest. 30% extra monster drop rates (Super Donator is 25%). 25% extra PvP Key drop rates (Super Donator is 10%). +408 extra bank slots (Super Donator is +248). 15 Extra Custom Kits (Super Donator is 10). 10 Extra Skin Colors (Super Donator is 7). 15 Extra Pk Points per kill (Super Donator is 10). A 45 second special attack restore (Super Donator is 2 Min). 400 Free Donator Points upon purchase ($40) (Super Donator is 100). Bounty Hunter Features 85% Chance of receiving emblem (Sup-Don is 65%). 20 target skips in 30 mins (Sup-Don is 10 skips). 15 sec target cooldown after kill (Sup-Don is 25 sec). 25 sec target cooldown on death (Sup-Don is 1 min). Partyhats bascailly became junk in-game since there was no way to sink them apart from lottery, with the new donation system that is no longer the case and will (hopefully) keep their prices high (25K+)! Retired Rare Items All Wings & Capes (Excluding Angel Cape) have been wiped in-game and completely removed (RPKZ Axes, Dildo, Pet Monkey, Ring Of Flying and more). Of course you automatically received PKP for those items. New Donator Point Shop! The new donation system will be fully based around Donator Points. Everything you receive from the new mystery boxes can be sold back to the shop for 65% of its value. Therefore sinking both items and Donator Points. Donator Points are of course tradeable. All current donator points were not reset, due to very few in-game already. New Donator Point Shop! New Donator Pets! 44 new pets have been added in-game. They can all be found in the donator pet shop for Donator Points. They're all tradeable (although not lost on death when following you). They can also all be sold back to the Donator Pet Shop for 65% of their value. They're pretty expensive but I'd rather have pets somewhat exclusive than everyone running around with one. New Donator Pet Shop! You can visit ::Zoo in-game to see all the new pets! New Twisted Bow In-Game! The Twisted bow has been added in-game. It can be found in Extreme Mystery Boxes or in the Donator Point Shop. Is it overpriced? Probably, Overpowered? Definitely! New Rings - Ring Of Stone - Ring Of Nature - Ring Of Coins All three rings have been added to mystery boxes and the Donator Point shop. They're a very cool item and could be of great use in wilderness since they hide you from minimap when in use. New Mystery Boxes (Normal, Super, Extreme, Pet)! Four new mystery boxes have been added in-game, they can all be found on the Donator Site and are pretty affordable compared to old ones, and they're ACTUALLY GOOD! I'll show some off below. All Mystery Boxes Spin Like The Casino! Mystery Box - $3.95 - (View Rewards) (1K - 100K) (AVG:4.5K). Super Mystery Box - $9.95 - (View Rewards) (4.5K - 100K) (AVG:12K). Extreme Mystery Box - $24.95 - (View Rewards) (15K - 4000K) (AVG:30.5K). Pet Mystery Box - $59.95 - (View Rewards) (50K - 500K) (AVG:75K). You can also view the rewards in-game with ::mboxes! Check out the prices and bulk discounts here! New Incremental Donation Rewards! Are you a loyal Donator to Roat Pkz! Great, you will now be rewarded more when you reach milestones! The rewards are somewhat shit apart from customs but I'll look better into it later! Please Note: If you see some Donator Point Tickets on your account after update, it's become they were claimed by this Dicing and Flower Poker! A few new gambling modes have been introduced to Roat Pkz - 55x2 - Dice Duels and Flower Poker. 55x2 Dicing 55x2 Dicing is pretty straight forward. Only players with dice bags can host 55x2 dice games. Once bets have been placed the host rolls the dice. If it rolls 55 or less the host wins, otherwise the gambler wins. Dice Duels Dice Duels is a very fun game mode, to play dice duels both players must have a dice bag, once bets have been placed both players roll the dice, whoever rolls a higher number wins the round, first to win 3 rounds wins the game! Flower Poker Flower Poker is one of the most popular gambling games there is on any RSPS, to play flower poker both players must have 5 flower seeds in their inventory. Once all bets have been placed you automatically start planting flowers. Whoever has the best hand wins the game. (White or Black flower = Re-plant). Gambling Interface - Select the game mode and place your bets! SCAM FREE! Please note: All Gambling games are fully automatic and scam free. No middle man or trust is required. Try your luck on the new mystery boxes and see if you land yourself an infernal cape! Vesta's Armor moved to Reveneant caves - Prices and Droprates reduced! Since the Vesta armor sets have been removed from Huge Packages and Donator shop they've been added where they belong! In the Revenant Caves! Both prices and drop rates have been lowered on all PvP armors as well! Fixed Chat Symbols! You can finally use ❤️ and / and other symbols in chat! Roat Pkz Updates!Hello everyone, a lot of exciting updates have been added in-game and even more on the way! Amulet of the Damned & Barrow Effects! Amulet of the Damned has been added in-game, it's a great amulet to use with barrow armor sets. It has many neat features I'll list below and can be found in the PKP shop for 250 Pk Points! Dharok the Wretched's equipment Players wearing Dharok's set will have a 25% chance of recoiling 15% of the damage taken. Verac the Defiled's equipment Players wearing Verac's set will have an additional +4 Prayer bonus (not counting the amulet's +3). Torag the Corrupted's equipment Players wearing Torag's set will have their Defence increased by 1% for every 1 health missing. NEW: With or without the amulet you have a 25% chance of lowering victims run energy by 20% Guthan the Infested's equipment Players wearing Guthan's set will be able to heal 10 hitpoints above their base hitpoints level. NEW: With or without the amulet you have a 25% chance of healing yourself the damage you dealt. Karil the Tainted's equipment Players wearing Karil's set will have a 25% chance of dealing two hitsplats. The second hitsplat will deal half the damage of the first hitsplat. Ahrim the Blighted's equipment Players wearing Ahrim's set will be able to autocast Ancient Magicks. In addition players will have a 25% chance of dealing a hit with 30% increased damage. NEW: With or without the amulet you have a 25% chance of lowering your victims strength by 5 levels. Run Energy + Staminas! Run Energy has been added in-game, along with staminas. The run energy itself will only drain in the wilderness at the same rate as OSRS would (based on your weight, everyone @ 99 agility). It also goes up at the same speed, however once you enter a safe zone your run energy goes up 2 points per tick (very fast). Stamina Potions Stamina Potions can be found in the PKP shop for 5 PKP, each dosage gives you an extra 20% energy and reduces the reduction rate by 70% for 2 minutes. Special Attack Orb! You can now see your special attack energy left right below your run energy left of the minimap! New Max Capes! Infernal, Assemblers, Ardougne and Accumulator Max Capes have been added in-game! You can create them by using a normal max cape on an assembler, infernal cape or Ardougne Cloak 4. All of them require at least 1,000 kills to wear. They can always be reversed back and forth! Dragon Spear Added! Dragon Spear has finally been added in-game, it can be found in the PKP Shop for 250 Pk Points. It works just like OSRS, the special attacks stack up and the player has 1 tick between them to eat/pot or do whatever. Previous Dragon Spears have been reset for 300 PKP a piece. Dragon Darts added! Dragon Darts have been added in-game! They can be found in the PKP Shop for 1 Pk Point each. They'll have an even greater use soon! Obsidian Armor Changes! The obsidian armor previously dropped by JAD can now be found in the PKP shop for 750 PK Points a set (removed from Jad). Previous sets have been reset for 1,000 PKP a piece. Divine Spirit Shield Nerf! The Divine Spirit Shield has been nerfed in-game, instead of always blocking opponents damage by 30% it only does it 70% of the time, similar to how the Elysian Spirit Shield blocks damage by 25%, 70% of the time. Other Updates! - Armadyl Godsword accuracy raised a bit. - Granite maul accuracy decreased to 25% - You now need a combat level of 126 to attack Skotizo and Jad. - You can now teleport to HP Event location up to 5 minutes after it ends. - All Barrow equipment effects have been added in-game (apart from Karil's, useless on here). - Fixed Autocast error messages & Dragonfire ward now protects against Dragonfire. Revamped Clan Chat!The whole clan chat on both server and client sided have been re-written back from scratch, this new clan chat stores your ranks properly, refreshes locations more often and is a lot more efficient than the last one. It also includes some NEAT features such as the PVM Loot + Kills/Death messages. Clan Chat Ranks in chat!Your clan rank will now be displayed in the chat. Kills + PVM Loots in Chat!You can now toggle Kills and PVM drops in the clan chat. Copy Kit / Teleport Requests are back!You can now copy another player kit or teleport to him by right clicking on his name and request it. Ranking Players & Clan SettingsThe clan settings load a lot faster now than before and online players always appear at top, no need to scroll throguh 200 friends to look for them! All ranks will also have their icon next to it so it's easy to find. Client Chat System/Options re-worked.The whole chat system client sided has been re-written back from scratch and is a LOT more efficient, it might even give some people fps boosts, it also fixes all issues where right clicking on some chat wouldn't display the right options and it allows me to easily add more right click options. Here are a few of them. View a topic from chat, when someone mentions a topic in yell you can view it with a right click. Display Skotizo or Jad locations by right clicking on the spawn announcement. Open Vote Website by right clicking on the vote announcements! Add and message people from the yell chat Other Updates - You can now use ESC key to close an interface. - You can now upload attachments on the forums without using 3rd party service. - You can now cycle through pms with tab to reply - Log In / Out messages now disappear after 1 minute. - Clan Chat messages in resizeable has been fixed. Roat Pkz Clan Cup #1 Hello fellow members of the Roat Pkz community, today I am excited to announce the first Roat Pkz Clan Cup. This has been in the works for a couple of weeks now and we can't wait to see what you think of it. The first Roat Pkz Clan Cup will be 5v5 Single Fights. That means 5 members per clan and you're never fighting more than 1 clan at a time (hence 5v5). The Clan Cup will have a bracket based system (example of bracket system) and each round will have up to 3 fights, first clan to win 2 battles goes through the next round. After every round clan members can re-stock and prepare for the next fight. The Tournament will also be live streamed on YouTube with a host that is knowledgeable with tribridding & clan fights and will be commentating over the fights. Rewards (1 Billion OSGP Prize Pool). 1. 650M OSRS + IRL Trophy*. 2. 200M OSRS + IRL Trophy*. 3. 100M OSRS + IRL Trophy*. 4. 50M OSRS. *The trophy will be sent to the leaders (if they want) with their clan names engraved in it, it's 33cm height, example pic coming soon. Roat Pkz Updates! Hey friends, here are some updates that happened during April & May, some of these have been in-game for awhile know but I haven't made an update topic until now. We're working on some VERY exciting things as well! The new clan cup #2 will be announced soon as well. Huge Deadman Chest Event We now have yet another wilderness event! The Huge Deadman Chest event is ran 4 times per day and gives players a chance to double their PvP Key Rewards. Here's how it works. 1. The Huge Deadman Chest drops in a random location in the wilderness (80% single, 20% multi). 2. A 5 minute countdown begins and allows players to go to the chest. 3. Once the 5 minutes are over the chest opens up and starts pumping out keys & allows you to use it. When you use a key on the deadman chest you have a 50% chance of DOUBLING the normal reward, however using the chest is dangerous and could be deadly! What happens when you use a PvP Key on the chest? - You get Skulled. - You get teleblocked for 4 minutes. - You can not log out for 10 seconds. - You can not attack any other player for 30 seconds (prevents boxing). An example of a player using the chest Please try out the event and let me know what you think about it (you can see when it next starts in the quest tab). New Second Duel Screen We have greatly improved the secondary duel screen and finally made it useful, you can now easily double check if you're being scammed or not! We've seen a BIG reduction in duel scams since this update came in-game. New Pre-Made Bank for New Players! If you make a new account on Roat Pkz you will now get the option to get a Pre-Made bank! Thanks to @Smackd for organizing it! Here's an example of the bank (all spawnables). GWD Cave Added! The GWD Cave at level 28 wilderness has been added, it isn't really good for anything apart from escaping from other players in the wilderness! 1M OSRS Bonds in Tournaments! When you place in the OSRS GP tournaments in-game you now automatically get credited a XM OSRS bonds to your bank, you can collect them and then cash them all out, this makes the whole payout process a lot easier for the staff team. Special Attack Restore Timer Reduced! The Special Attack Restore timers have been reduced greatly, by over 300% for normal players. Here are the new/current special attack restore timers. Normal Players: 3 Minutes. Normal Donator: 2 Minutes. Super Donator: 90 Seconds. Extreme Donator: 45 Seconds. Other Updates! - Teleblock now vanishes for EVERYONE in the safe zone, not only Super Donators+. - 5K Risk Defence has been added (+ quickchat when risk defence is changed). - Duel Arena Spectate Window now automatically updates. - A Team has resigned - busy irl - he was a great Server Support! - Added 4 New Wilderness Key Locations! Bug Fixes! - Some updates have been made to reduce the amount of CW farming. - There is no longer a drop warning for food in the wilderness. - PvP Cashout option has been added to all (deg) PvP Items. - Bounty Hunter Targets can no longer be black listed. - Etherium Bracelet no longer disappears randomly in the rev caves. - An additional warning has been added when you try to sell something super cheap in the trading post. Although there isn't a lot of content like usually, the backend of Roat Pkz is always improving and preparing for the next flood of players, currently I am working a lot on getting the server in a shape where I'm comfortable in spending a lot in advertisements knowing that people will want to stick around, hope you wait excited! New Craw's Bow! The Craw's bow has been added in-game and can be found in the Slayer shop for 3,000 Slayer Points. When the Craw's bow is charged with revenant ether, an additional 50% ranged accuracy and damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness, consuming 1 ether per attack whether you deal damage or not. It also requires 1,000 revenant ethers to be activated. (tradeable) Please Note: All ethers are dropped on death, even if you protect the item. New Viggora's Chainmace! The Viggora's chainmace has been added in-game and can be found in the Slayer shop for 3,000 Slayer Points. When Viggora's chainmace is charged with revenant ether, an additional 50% melee accuracy and damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness, consuming 1 ether per attack whether you deal damage or not. It also requires 1,000 revenant ethers to be activated. (tradeable) Please Note: All ethers are dropped on death, even if you protect the item. New Thammaron's sceptre! The Thammaron's sceptre has been added in-game and can be found in the Slayer shop for 2,000 Slayer Points. When Thammaron's sceptre is charged with revenant ether, an additional 100% magic accuracy and 25% magic damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness, consuming 1 ether per attack whether you deal damage or not. It also requires 1,000 revenant ethers to be activated. (tradeable) Please Note: All ethers are dropped on death, even if you protect the item. Pet Metamorphis! You can now change the look of a few Pets in-game, just right click them and hit 'metamorphis'. It currently works on the Zulrah snakeling, Corporeal Beast Pet & Vet'ion Pet. Client Timers! As most of you have noticed by now, client timers have been added in-game for multiple things. We are currently testing them out and seeing how the feedback is, we may or may not keep them in the future. Request Fight Bells! There have been 3 bells added in-game to request fights. They can be rung every 5 minutes. They are at ::Brid, ::FunPk and ::RiskZone. Poison And Venom Poison and venom now work 100% at same rate as OSRS, and it also works vs NPC's now. New FunPk Zone! A new ::FunPk zone has been added. It's the same as the OSRS Clan Wars portal. It also has a mutli-area deeper. Other Updates! - New ::Chins and ::hills teleports added (& Chins hotspot). - Donator Shop Sellback raised from 65% -> 85% (both Pet + Cosmetic shop). - Veng and Recoil damage are now dealt on the same tick, no matter your PID. - NPC & Player under attack has been re-written, should resolve bugs with Skotizo + NPC's Pjing you. - The cache is now loading the latest OSRS data (#176). - Double Deaths have now been enabled everywhere (if you die at the same tick) eliminating PID advantage. - You can now load your kits straight after death, no more waiting 'under attack'. - Staff Members can now middle-man yell-tag sales & changes. - Kills are no longer counted in FunPk or Duel Arena. - You no longer lose items in the F2P Zone. - You can now toggle an option to right click only on your clan members (Great for deep wild). - Clan names can now be up to 50 characters, so you can add more images with <img=x>. Roat Pkz Updates!Hello everyone, a lot of exciting updates have been added in-game and even more on the way! HP Events! HP Events have now been added in-game, they're pretty simple, a staff member start off with 80,000 HP and whoever does the most damage will receive the drop! The current rewards are around 7.5K - 60K depending on your luck with keys! We will try to host 2-4 per day! Diamond Key 5K - 50K PKP Dragonfire ward added! The Dragonfire ward has been added in-game, it's the best range shield you can get and has the ability to cast a dragonfire blast, similar to the dragonfire shield! It can be obtained via Skotizo with a drop rate of 1/12. Staff Of Light added! The Staff Of Light has been added in-game, it's basically a Staff Of The dead and it even has the same special attack. You can find it in the PK Point shop for 2,500 Pk Points or in the Skotizo drop table. Ava's Assembler added! The Ava's Assembler has been added in-game, it's the best range "cape" you can get. It's in the Pk Shop for 1,000 Pk Points, and it's always kept on death! Dragon Crossbow added! The dragon crossbow has been added in-game. It's a crossbow between Rune and Armadyl, it also has it's own special attack which does 20% more damage. It can be found in the Pk Point shop for 1,500 Pk Points. Robes of Darkness added! Robes of Darkness have been added to the Mage Arena Shop, You can buy the whole set for 105 Mage Arena Points! It's basically a nicer version of Mystic Robes Skotizo / JAD Changes! Both Skotizo and Jad have had their drop tables modified a bit, Skotizo also no longer does the Dragon Scimitar effect, instead it removes 10 prayer points, the max hit Skotizo does has also been lowered from 38 to 28 and it spawns less minions! New Range Shields! The new Range shields have been added in-game, they can all be found for free in the Range Shop! New Dragon Bolts! The new Dragon Bolts have been added in-game, the default one is free while others cost Pk Points. Dragonstone dragon bolts (e) - 1 PKP - 6% chance of dealing 45% extra damage. Onyx dragon bolts (e) - 1 PKP - 10% chance of dealing 20% extra damage & healing you 25% of the damage dealt. Diamond dragon bolts (e) - 1 PKP - 5% chance of dealing 15% extra damage through any defence (similar to verac). Ruby dragon bolts (e) - 0.5 PKP - 11% chance of removing 20% of opponents current hp but removes 10% of yours (Great for PVM). Emerald dragon bolts (e) - 0.5 PKP - 20% chance of poisoning your opponent, starting with 5 damage. Sapphire dragon bolts (e) - 0.5 PKP - 5% chance of removing prayer points of your opponent (1/20 of your points). Topaz dragon bolts (e) - 0.25 PKP - 5% chance of lowering your targets magic level by 1 level. Jade dragon bolts (e) - 0.25 PKP - 6% chance of stunning your opponent for a few seconds. Opal dragon bolts (e) - 0.25 PKP - 6% chance of dealing 10% more damage. God Spell Autocasts! You can now autocast god spells with the god staffs or Staff of the Dead/Staff of Light. New Anguish Ornament Kit! The Anguish ornament kit is now for sale in the Bounty Hunter shop for 2,000 BHP. Incremental PKP values! Incremental PKP values now show up in the Price Checker, Trade Window, Duel window and bank! Client Update! The Client has now been updated with the latest OSRS maps and items & more! Other Updates! - Chaos Elemental teleports you less frequently now. - The amount of brews in tournaments has been lowered to 3. - All ancient teleports now work in-game. - Magic Book icon now changes depending on your Spell Book. - Gates now jam up faster than before. - Almost certainly fixed the backward/forward manual walking path issue. - Low tier rare items such as food/bolts are not as dark in loot pile as before. - Guthix/Zamorak and Saradomin staffs can now autocast modern spells. - Granite Maul special attack accuracy has been raised (50% for now). - Dragon Bolts (e) special formula changed, you will hit higher on lower def now. Roat Pkz Updates!Hey everyone, today we have some exciting and game changing updates! I hope you enjoy them, there's a lot more on the way! Ancient Artefacts! Ancient Artefacts are a new super rare drop from the revenants. All of them have the chance to drop it. Once you receive it as a drop, you can claim the Pk Point value through the emblem trader in the Revenant Cave. The Artefacts are worth 2,000 - 64,000 Pk Points. Emblem Price Table: Ancient Emblem - 2,000 Pk Points Ancient Totem - 4,000 Pk Points Ancient Statuette - 8,000 Pk Points Ancient Medallion - 16,000 Pk Points Ancient Effigy - 32,000 Pk Points Ancient Relic - 64,000 Pk Points The Emblem Trader wanders around the Revenant Caves (5 locations). The Emblem Trader will cast an Ice Barrage on you when you claim your artefacts. Be careful, everyone in the Revenant Caves will be aware of your trade! Boosted Revenant Drops Skulled! (25%) You now receive 25% better drops if you're skulled while killing the revenants. It's not viewable via the drop table, but it's a hidden drop boost. Saradomin Brew Cap (12 brews) You can now only bring a maximum of 12 Saradomin Brews to the wilderness. This applies to the main wilderness only and not other PvP areas. The brews will be automatically removed from your inventory if you enter with more than 12. Tele Block Changes. We've made a few changes to the tele block spell: 1. Tele Block is now removed on log-out. 2. Tele Block is now removed if you kill the person that Tele Blocked you. 3. There's now a little skull icon that indicates that you're Tele Blocked. The Wilderness skull now changes if you're under the Tele Block effects. Wilderness Agility Shortcuts All of the wilderness shortcuts have been added. - Bottom of Lava Dragon Isle (Level 74 Agility required) - Top of Lava Maze (Level 82 Agility required) - Deep Wilderness Dungeon Crevice (250 Deep Wild Agility Laps required) Purchase Mage Arena 2 Capes If you're wealthy enough, you can now purchase the MA2 capes instead of doing the mini-game. They cost 15,000 Pk Points each and you will get charges based on your Donator Rank (5 - 15) Talk to Kolodion at ::mb and you can purchase charges. Amulet of Blood Fury The Amulet of Blood fury has a 20% chance of healing you 30% of your damage dealt using melee. It can be found in the Pk Point shop for 1,000 Pk Points. Twisted Ancestral Robes The Twisted Ancestral Robes are a re-colored version of the normal Ancestral Robes, they do not provide any bonuses, but they do look good! The Twisted Ancestral Colour Kit. It can be found in the Bounty Hunter shop for 2,000 Bounty Hunter Points. Divine Potions All Divine Potions have been added to the potion shop, they increase your stats just like the regular potions, however every time you drink a dosage, it takes 10 damage of your hitpoints but keeps your stats boosted for 5 minutes, instead of one. You can find them in the Food & Potions shop for 1 - 10 Pk Points. Rune Sacks All rune sacks have been added in-game. The sacks allow you to cast a magic spell without needing the runes for it. Basically like a mini rune pouch. They can be found in the Magic Shop for 1 - 5 Bounty Hunter Points. Mythical Cape The Mythical Cape has been added in-game. It has the highest crush attack bonus of any cape in-game. It can be found in the Vote Shop for 5 Vote Points. Noted Ornament Items All ornament items can now be noted in-game! I know a few of you needed this! New ::unskull command A new ::unskull command has been added, it's a Legendary Donator only command. However, normal players can still remove their Pk Skull by talking to the Emblem trader at ::shops. Roat Pkz Updates! Hey friends, here's another one! A great update (as always) with a few new items and a few neat features people have been requesting, we're working on some exciting things as well! Blade of Saeldor The Blade of Saeldor is a slash weapon obtained from the Bounty Hunter shop for 15,000 BH Points, requiring level 75 Attack to wield. It provides the highest strength and slash bonus out of any weapon for its attack speed, surpassing the abyssal tentacle as the best slash weapon. It is tied for the strongest one-handed melee weapon in the game with the Ghrazi rapier. It requires no crystals to use on Roat Pkz. 3rd Age Druidic Robes The new 3rd age druidic robes have been added in-game, you can find them in the vote shop for 75 Vote Points each. They all require a Prayer level of 65 to wear. (The 3rd age plateskirt has also been added). New 3rd age items in the vote shop Tormented bracelet (or) The new tormented ornament kit has been added in-game. You can use it on a tormented bracelet to create the ornamented version. You can find the kit in the Bounty Hunter shop for 2000 BH Points. Climbing Boots (g) The new Climbing Boots (g) have been added in-game, they can be found in the Donator Shop for 25 Donator Points. Spiked manacles The new Spiked manacles have been added in-game. It has the best-in-slot strength bonus for footwear that has no requirements to equip, they can be found in the Pk Shop for 200 PKP. Roat Pkz Updates! Hey friends, here's another one! A great update (as always) with a few new items and a few neat features people have been requesting, we're working on some exciting things as well! Scythe of Vitur The Scythe of Vitur has been added in-game! It's a very unique and a great weapon. The scythe can hit up to three enemies once in a 1x3 arc in front of the player. Each hit can also hit large creatures (a target that takes up two or more game squares) up to three times in the same attack. The first hit deals 100% damage, the second deals 50% and the third deals 25%. The Scythe of Vitur can be found in the Donator Point shop for 20,000 Donator Points or via Extreme Boxes. The Scythe in action! Magic Cape Spellbook Effect The Magic Skillcape can now be used to change your magic spellbook (Modern, Ancients & Lunar). You must have 25,000 Magic Damage in PvP to use the feature! You have 5 - 8 spellbook changes per day, based on your Donator Rank. Morrigans Javelin Morrigans Javelin have been added to the Revenant Monsters Drop Tables (::droptable). The estimated price on them is 100 Pk Points (ea). The Special Attack The Morrigan's javelin has a special attack, Phantom Strike, that consumes 50% of the player's special attack energy and applies a damage over time effect to the opponent after the special attack is performed. Every 3 ticks (1.8 seconds) after the special attack is performed, the opponent will take an additional 5 hitpoints of damage until the same damage dealt by the special attack has been delivered. The Special Attack in action! Morrigans Throwing Axes Morrigans Throwing Axes have been added to the Revenant Monsters Drop Tables (::droptable). The estimated price on them is 100 Pk Points (ea). The Special Attack The Morrigan's throwing axe has a special attack, Hamstring, that consumes 50% of the player's special attack energy and deals up to 120% of the user's max hit. Against players, it will also increase the rate in which the target's run energy is drained by sixfold. Dwarven rock cake The Dwarven rock cake has been added in-game, it will help you drain your hitpoints for DH Bombing! It can be found in the Pk Point shop for 500 PK Points. The great rock cake in action, beware! Other Updates! The skill tab has been changed to only display the skills that are currently working. Bug fixes & Minor Updates! - All Magic Shortbows now only use 50% of special attack. - AFK labels have been added to ::Staff interface. - ::CHAMP location has been moved and the custom multi-lines removed. - Serpentine Helms now have a +5 STR bonus instead of +3 STR. - ::repair command has been added that teleports you to the repair stand. - Potion drinking does not override your attack animation anymore. - Ava's Assembler now requires a defence level of 42 (polled from ::discord). Weekly PvP Tournament Clan/Single with $$$ rewards coming soon! - Some HUGE rewards this summer, maybe biggest ever! In-Game Price Checker An in-game price checker has been added, it has almost all valuable items in-game and is super duper fast! You can view it with ::prices. Please let me know if you notice any wrong prices and I'll fix them! The search is also super good & fast (example)! New Tournament Spectate Interface As Roat Pkz has been growing it has become increasingly difficult to spectate players in the tournament since it's capped at 40 fights. This new one supports up to 64 fights and has a search button + shows you the current fight status and the elo of the players. Pre-Made Tournament Kits! If you're lazy, enter late into the tournament or just wanna get geared quickly then you can use the new 'Armour Stand' found in every tournament lobby. It will quickly gear you up and get you ready. You can still use the bank as well. You can both load a pre-made kit or setup from your last fight. New Call Pet Option! You can now whistle and summon your pet right next to you! New Duel Arena Statistics! You can now admire the golden statue at ::duel and he will tell you how you're doing in the sand casino. The total duels are tracked for the past 2 months and the wealth won/lost from the past 7 days! An Example of the Statistics you can see, similar to ::dice ones. New Duel Arena Spectate! The duel arena now uses the same spectate interface as the tournaments, you can also see how much is on the line! Discord Giveaway notifications! Roat Pkz Updates! Hey friends, a lot of things have been happening behind the scenes and a lot of nice updates are coming in-game! We now have updated our client with the latest OSRS data, so you can expect some nice updates. Dragon Knife(s) The new Dragon Knifes have been added in-game and can be found in the Pk Point shop for 1 Pk Point/ea. They require level 60 ranged to use, they are the most powerful throwing knifes in-game and have a deadly special attack. Ferocious Gloves The new Ferocious Gloves have been added in-game and can be found in the Bounty Hunter shop for 3,000 BH Points. They require level 80 defence and attack to equip, they are the best-in-slot gloves for melee users, surpassing Barrows gloves. However they do not offer any defensive stats and provide negative ranged and magic attack bonuses. The gloves are always kept on death. Brimstone Ring The new Brimstone Ring has been added in-game and can be found in the Pk Point shop for 400 PK Points. The ring has no requirements to wear and provides the combined offensive and defensive stats of all the un-imbued Fremennik rings and wilderness rings excluding Ring of the gods. The ring has a passive effect, when casting combat spells, it has a 25% chance to ignore 10% of the targets total magic defence. Mystic Armour Set (dusk) The new Dusk Mystic Set has been added in-game and can be found in the Magic shop for FREE. It's the same as all other mystic sets, but looks very nice! Ancient Mace The Ancient Mace has been added to the Bounty Hunter shop for 500 BH Points. The only REAL use for it is the special attack, it drains your opponent prayer level by the damage amount you hit, it's very good for clans to smite items! @Killbob Rangers' tunic The Rangers' tunic has been added to the Pk Point shop for 250 Pk Points. It's the best-in-slot ranged body for pures (1 defence). Void Armour Now Breaks on Death All Void equipment now breaks on death, including the Elite Void. It breaks even if you're not skulled, to fix it just click on it and it'll take Pk Points from your quest tab, inventory or bank. For now it costs 20-30 Pk Points per piece to fix, whoever gets the kill receives the same amount of Pk Points, so it's not a Pk Point sink, but makes voiders risk something. It's as simple as pressing on the item to fix it, Pk Points will be withdrawn from Quest Tab, Bank or Inventory. Duel Arena Rehab The update you've all been waiting for is finally here! You can now ban yourself from gambling for a specific amount of time, check it out at ::rehab! @Sandal (bans you from Dicing, Flower Poker and Duel Arena). You can set your own time frame, it's mac address based as well, so your alts will also be blocked! Other Updates - Pure NH Tournament setup has been changed thanks to@JBLIND - Wilderness Key TB has been raised from 5 minutes to 6 minutes. - You can now purchase from any shop with Point tickets in your inventory (very neat!) ROAT PKZ PVP REVAMP Hello everyone, I have probably the biggest PVP revamp ever on Roat Pkz, with many very exciting and overdue price changes! I think you're gonna love them! It has many big ones that I will list below! #1 NEW DEADMAN KEYS! While Pking you will now ALWAYS have a chance of a Deadman Key, your risk, target or anything does not change that as of now. These keys can be used on a deadman chest at home or at edge ditch bank and you'll be rewarded! Keys alone should net you around 45 PKP per kill. There's a 25% increased key drop rate in deep wilderness and in the Brid Zone. Bronze Key | 1/2 Drop Rate | 5 - 150 PKP Silver Key | 1/10 Drop Rate | 25 - 500 PKP Gold Key | 1/33 Drop Rate | 125 - 1,000 PKP Platinum Key | 1/250 Drop Rate | 500 - 5,000 PKP Diamond Key | HP Events Only for now | 5K - 50K PKP #2 NEW BOUNTY HUNTER SHOP REVAMP! Almost all items in the Bounty Hunter shop have been re-priced, here are the new prices! You can view the difference at the bottom of the thread. #3 NEW PK POINT SHOP REVAMP! Almost all items in the Pk Point items have been re-priced and many new introduced, here are the new prices! You can view the difference at the bottom of the thread. #4 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS! Q: What happened to all my items? A: All items that had price changes have been reset and you've received the shop price they were at the time you bought it, whether that's Pk Points, Bounty Hunter Points, Vote Points or Mage Arena Points. (Some items such as Serpentine helm were not reset, instead you received free 2K PKP and kept the helm). Q: How am I going to PK when everything is so expensive? A: Right now you will receive a base 15 PKP per kill and with the new Deadman Keys you should average around 60 Pk Points per kill now, that's 7.5X more than before. Q: Isn't this going to fuck up the eco? A: It's unlikely, I'll be checking daily on the amount of PKP coming into the game and sinks and see how it turns out, I'll balance the keys with that, maybe they'll become better than they currently are. Just to put things in perspective, before this update there was 20x more PKP coming into eco from PVMing than Pking, so if more people start pking and less PVMing it might make the eco go down. Q: What do I do with the Deadman Keys? A: You can use the deadman keys on the deadman chest at home, once you use it on the chest it will reward you with a random item, the rates can be seen above. Q: Are the keys tradeable? A: Yes. #5 TOME OF FIRE! A new magic book 'Tome of Fire' has been released. It gives you an extra 50% damage boost on Fire related spells (Fire Strike, Bolt, Blast & Wave soon). It has to be charged with burnt pages which give it 20 charges each. You can find it for sale at Mage Arena for 100 Mage Arena Points (3 Points per page). #6 NEW 3RD AGE ITEMS! 3rd age cloak, pickaxe and axe have now been added to the vote shop for 75 vote points each. #7 NPC DROP RATES INCREASED - Mage Arena Battlemages - 52% increase in average PKP/hr. - Bearded Gorillas - 39% increase in average PKP/hr. - Chaos Elemental - 71% increase in average PKP/hr. - King Black Dragon - 48% increase in average PKP/hr.
