YoobsObviously you run the show which isn't an easy task. You do a good job at it and personally I don't see too much wrong with your performance. Keep up the good work and try not to react to dumb community member's BS. They only do it to get a reaction out of you.

YoobsSeem to be doing decent... Heard some things about you getting upset and saying shit but I get that cuz some people are annoying af. You do your job well but I guess if I had to criticize I would say to work on containing your emotions when it comes to some of these players because it's pointless to stoop to their level.

Hey guys, what I'm suggesting today is a rather non time consuming action to take however would help a load.
What I'm suggesting is our developer should be posting "progress threads" for his updates that we were told about. We all saw the thread where certain things were promised and/or talked about, now we would like to be kept in the loop about Alex's progress on said projects. This way, it doesn't look like he's doing nothing to the community. I even saw that Ungrateful wasn't in the loop with things happening so by the looks of it, you guys could be a little bit more on the ball with progress reports. All we wanna know is shit's moving.

To be honest with you, that's the first thing I noticed when I came.
Management is so fucking floppy that no one is being told what to do and what not to do. It's not Yoob's fault either (for the most part) because this server is trying to transition more and more into a real RSPS so they decided to have a staff team. But they half assed that so now they're stuck in the middle leaving the product unfinished with few ground rules and lack of supervision. If you're going to have a staff team, you need to go 100% in on it and have a proper hierarchy and proper rules for staff and proper procedure. Without it, staff can do fuckall and not get in trouble. Do staff even have to logg their bans and mutes with evidence or do we take their words for it?
TL;DR shit's gotta change.
We all know the server support we have sucks, but who gives a crap, at least we have staff.
Shit staff do more damage then no staff.

Alright well I know most of you don't know me so there's not much here. However, I'm leaving. Truth be told, I just kinda moved on. Nothing against this server it's just every story has its ends. That being said, my time here at Roat was nothing short of entertaining with highlights such as meeting a ton on great people and having a blast staking and pking. Maybe one day My story on Roat will continue but for now, that's all she wrote.
