It works the same as when Extreme was released; it's just a new in-game ticket that you can claim to receive Legendary donator status. You don't receive an extreme ticket back after claiming a legendary one, nor can you get it by claiming multiple of a lower-tier ticket.

People do seem to be getting a lot of duplicates, so I don't see why not. A fair price, though, as you say, nothing too crazy. No; just add total XP to the hiscores if you want prestige for post-max training. Also, definitely no skilling-locked PK equipment - a cosmetic item to show off your achievement is enough (certainly could add ones for 200M's, I suppose). I suggest reading through this https://forum.roatpkz.com/index.php?/topic/21174-big-suggestion-list/ post, where there's some detailed discussion on new alternative skilling locations/methods. As @Heh said, maxing alone already makes ~800k pkp, there really doesn't need to be more incentive. The infernal tools give zero-time XP in a secondary skill to the one you're training - with the increased XP rates, that amounts to a good 500k passive XP on the way to 99 alone.

Darts are easily the best xp, but, unless buyable bars are added, the supply is so minimal they're not viable (I made my own when racing for 1st-to-99). The xp for stringing a magic longbow is 90 more than for fletching magic logs into an unstrung bow, and the action is performed much more quickly. Given that this can be done outside the wilderness, while fletching magic logs must be done at 30+ wild, it's easily the best viable method to train fletching 80-99. I've done over 20M xp with this method and by only withdrawing 10 unstrung bows and 10 bowstrings at a time, it's really not too intensive. Would recommend
