Good idea, problem being 1. Max cape is already insanely good and 2. depending on what you'd want to include in the requirements for this cape, an example achievement is to get 250 LMS wins, this alone has only been completed by 9 players across Roatz, and the average player pvming and skilling would have no chance at doing this.
