When I read this what I am seeing is you probably won a loto with 1% bought a max set or B. Blew sum1 4 hook to get a max set as a result your a complete rookie and copied someones gear kit and you fail to understand that you are probably wearing something else with your kit that is adding negative magic bonuses hence the bulk splashes...
Where as welf pkers are typically in nothing that damages mage, range or melee attack/accuracy rating.
So go back re-evaluate your gear set and put one piece on at a time checking the stats on each to see what item is deleting your accuracy/attack bonuses.
After taking a real hard look at your gear re-evaluate your place on this server and drop the big dick, egotistical, pathetic and dogshat attitude and figure out you should probably stick to edge veng pking.

Ever since Bank00 joined rpkz he made good friends who didint give a fuck about how much PKT he did or did not have. They were quite possibly the only actual friends hes had on this server.He got cleaned and his friends offered to give him hooks for a rebuild and he accepted and said he would repay them if he ever got rich and guess what he got rich bois. He then kicked his actual friends to the curb because he no longer needed them. He used his wealth to get into top clans at the time and made more "friends" but they were just another asset incase he got cleaned again. And you guessed it he got cleaned again. He took loans from new "friends" he made after getting rich first time and got rich again and kicked them to the curb after that.
As you can see where this is going this shit happened idfk like 37 times now where he kicks his so called friends to the curb because hes a greedy Jew and has never liked giving pkt back
to the people he promises to.
So when he comes back from quitting this time around if you think for a second you are friends with him and he comes back a week from now and asks for a hook DO NOT give him one

You don't even have to be low combat to get a low combat as a target. Can be 126 combat tele to ::easts get a targ level any level low or high dont matter then just roll on the clowns with tele to bh target spell. So stop lowering your combat to try and avoid max pkers when you do wild slayer because it wont help. You got higher chance at survival at max combat.

If you come in here right now and give an actual confirmation stating you did(NOT WILL) you did! crack down on staff to push them towards improvement then I myself will contribute to the pot..
If you crack down on staff this time around rather than a slap on a wrist I will happily revoke ALL view points I have on ALL staff.
I will personally give each and every staff member a clean slate, I won't flame them anymore, I wont even bring up past mistakes they've made over the years
because with a fresh, clean state of mind I am essentially stepping into RoatPKZ for my very first time as a result of this
I will start to build a view point from their clean slate moving forward so they don't have older mistakes hanging over their heads forever. This way
they can start working on actually improving and I as well as many others will keep a close eye and watch their growth over time. I believe doing this
Will help the staff improve overall and allow them a second chance so they may prove they know what they are doing and are more than capable of
doing what is asked of a staff member. Too long has staff positions on this server just been a giant ass joke. I want the rank of "Staff" to finally mean
SOMETHING again, this is one of the very and I mean very few times I am willing to let staff restart with a fresh have at it. I would love nothing more
than for every single staff member we have right this second do a perfect 180 in terms of their mistakes to correct them and grow as community members
and Staff Members as a whole. Mass removing of staff will never fix an issue instead the only way for these issues to be corrected is for you @Gretar
to finally take responsibility yourself; bring the staff team together and go over their mistakes with each other. This is one of the only ways a staff team
or even any sort of team can truly grow into a team that means something. Out of respect for you, the servers progression over the years and all the hardships
so many have been through already I want this server to finally mean something again and in order to do just that you must take some strides to ensure
all are on board not just a few.
9 - 10 years on this server now? I'd like to not see it go to waste. You have other players who have also played just as long don't let them down also.
This server has been a laughing stock to most due to the way Staff handle certain situations. Personally I would not mind one fucking bit DDS Rushing
people another 5, 10, 20 even 50 years from now when I am old and gross. So why can't we fix things now? Rather than later why not now @Gretar?

I don't know nor do I care what is happening with you in life that prevents
you from being active but what is happening with you is in no way professional.
An Inactive Admin account is not only a security risk because no one knows if it's
really you on the account or someone else. Having accounts holding the rank of ANY
staff position and them being inactive is just unacceptable. When we have inactive Staff
accounts players take things at face value and make up their minds quickly. When they
look at you for example they instantly see a lack of true ownership on RoatPKZ, this tells
them their is almost no leadership on this server and staff are essentially rogue and can do
what ever they wish. As a staff you do not only represent yourself but you are representing Gretar,
the Player base and the server as a whole; if I am being completely honest your doing a piss poor job at
representing either properly. Much like Smackd you also only got your staff position from knowing Yoobs, Zoradz-
and Graphics. Huge disappointment if you ask me. I don't hate you Jblind I simply disagree with the stupid decisions you
and a handful of others decide to make you are lead stray of the path you should be on but that is only because you have exactly
what the players think a poor source of leadership to look up to. All the staff that were higher above you before you reached admin were
nothing special. Private servers have existed since 2008 and 2008 up to now and even future years ONE THING has been very, very clear...
Staff who are promoted can only be Equal to or less than equal to the staff who helped put them in their staff position in the first place. It
is very and I mean very rare that a staff member truly turns out to be better than the ones who put them in that position to begin with.
And until you can finally grow up and take responsibility you will never be more than equal to the staff who put you right where you are.

in a very long time. The key to being a great staff member is acceptance and when someone asks a question and you do not
have an answer for it you are happy to refer that user to someone else who might know the answer. Most staff on this server
have a severe case of denial where if they don't know something they just ignore said player asking said question.
(When staff ignore players because they don't know the answer to something
it gives these players a poor perspective on the server and when staff ignore rather
than admitting they don't know something that reflects poorly on Gretar and the server
which is unacceptable.) WHICH IS WHY I am very glad you DO NOT do this Rag.
You, Fanny, Pixel, Fruit and Baz and Dario are so far only ones I've seen willing to accept the fact
you may not know an answer to a question and help them find someone who can help them. Thats

one of the most inactive users out of the entire squad. You ignore players In-Game/Forums when they ask for help sometimes even
insult/flame newer players who pm you directly or in public chat for help you have no qualities nor have you proven you are responsible
enough to uphold the rank of staff but that's just the sad part of this entire situation. 10 years ago you would never have even made it to

Tulrak does not in any shape way or form value his staff position. He is more than willing
to share his account even though it has helper on it(Huge security risk.) @Gretar
Tulrak only got staff simply due to a personal friendship with a couple of Admins.
His rank is server support but back in 2008 on P-Servers the lowest ranking staff position
was called "Helper" due to it commonly being given to players with a high level of
server knowledge and with the upmost intention to do good for the server and the players
said server harbors. I can truthfully say you fail to meet any of these qualities.
You PvM most of the day (Which there is nothing wrong with that.) but when any player
messages you for help you don't even reply. You can be at home chatting with people
and someone will come to you in public chat and ask for help and you ignore them
completely. You have proven you stick to your own bubble and do almost nothing
to assist players(The ones that matter most.) as a helper you should be putting
others first anything YOU WANT needs to come second I don't care how close
you are to doing something or getting something done you need to STOP.
They need to be first and whatever the hell you want must come second.

I placed you three in this order for a reason. Before staff and after staff all 3 of you account share(3 more security risks @Gretar)
All 3 of you would also lure together. You bunch would sit north of ::Varrock and one of you(Typically Tom) on an alt would PM people
directly to come ::Varrock to help them pk someone for bank... Then Tom on his alt would send a kit level 3 and it had 2147m PKT edited
into the inventory so once they load the kit any PKT they have banked, it is now in their inventory after loading it. Tom would then walk the player
north and most of the time they never noticed they had their PKT in their inventory and went north to their fate. This trio and their clan has
Lured a few million of PKT doing this and they still do it as staff even though Luring is against the rules.
Much like some other staff you three also choose to ignore players all together and put your own interests over all others.
But your case is just like Jblinds none of you have been staff elsewhere other than here and you are only as terrible as you are at being staff
due to having terrible leadership and discipline from the ones that promoted you in the first place so it's not entirely your faults for being mostly worthless.

For the longest time I have wanted to make this thread so guess I will do it now since it's getting out of hand and making hella people quit(sure it's their fault for gambling but when they don't know they are likely to lose it's kinda sad...)
-Most youtubers who do the big stakes/flower poker games do in-fact lose but the problem is the odds are in their favor.
-What most of you don't know is there is a whip and mithril seeds that are rigged.
*Admins can give a certain whip to users(usually eco cleaners/youtubers) that does not deal more damage as that would make it too obvious but instead has higher accuracy(More likely to hit consistently.)
*Mithril seeds work with your previously planted flower ultimately increasing the odds of 2 pairing or oaking.
-Admins also have alts for example Joe Denk = Legend, he also has a few other accounts as well. Fantastic cx also has an account as far as I am aware. They don't have boosted rng but they do have the whip with a buffed accuracy.
(If you are at the duel arena and staking and you don't say how much your staking and they put up close to how much you have in your inventory for PKT(DO NOT STAKE THEM) That would have been an admin who checked your inventory and is now trying to clean you.
I would also advise players not to stake youtubers or people with a wealth over 70m or so as those players are typically the ones with a buffed whip only obtainable from admins spawning them one. (I would assume a percentage of the pkt obtained with said whip has to be given to an admin to remove it from the economy but not 100% on this one.) I'm kind of sick of watching players quit because they get cleaned(sure it happens I would not mind if they had a fair chance at winning but most of the time they don't..)
-Buffed whip or rigged seeds does not matter you can still beat them but just know you have a much much lower chance of actually beating them lol..

This is like the 93rd threat since 2013 about an economy reset and still has not happened.
If you truly want an economy reset your best option~ is telling Gretar to make a 2nd world(Not linked to this main version of RoatPKZ) So all users get a "Fresh start"
- there is 1 problem however: The community would be divided between 2 worlds(And when users are already started on this current version they would not donate for things on world 2 when they have things on w1 which = Users who choose to grind w2 only and nothing else, would ultimately cost Gretar server income.
-Now let's look at it from a different angle - IF Gretar figured out a way to convince players to donate for things on a second world with a fresh economy Gretar is still bringing in enough money to keep the game online for many more years to come
-Result from this? Simple eventually the second world will look like the main world and this time around it wont take nearly as long for the 2nd world to reach the point of the main world.

~Player count to this day is greatly higher than 2011/2012/2013 Not to mention 2011 - 2015 half of the shit in game did not exist so the economy on w2 will just grow so much at a greatly increased rate.
RoatPKZ took 2011 - 2020 to get where it is(9 Years) with money makers being added gradually over a long period of time.
World 2 would essentially be everyone on the first day of launch so to speak and would take roughly 1 year 9 months - 2 years 4 months before it got to where world 1 would be right this second.

Assuming JewTar decided to risk his current income of $100,000/month by resetting the server entirely players would quit no doubt - newer players who have played 1 - 2 years most likely would not quit but the servers been open since 2011 and if you were to reset the server people who joined 2011 - 2015 would honestly most likely quit, this = bad as the players who are able to help and give proper assistance are now gone and all that's left is the clown of a staff team except for a small handful (TRYING) to lead the newer players lol - then the players remaining will realize the clueless arrogance of those trying to help lead the server causing more quitting
(Now Gretar would have to go into full damage control and from there more will quit more will get pissed and it would ultimately cause a 9 year old server that has been striving for years to crumble with a single update for it never to return.)

You want an eco reset asking Gretar for a second world is the only chance you would have(But it splits community into 2 basically = loss of donations to help pay for the server and admins so this most likely will not happen only chance of us Having a second world where there is an economy, it would not be a PK world it would be an ECONOMY world like previously and allowing users the option to donate for items/a currency to buy items from a shop. Then gretar would have to add all the proper stuff to obtain certain items without donating so forth which is just not worth it when you understand you would be splitting a currently large community that is already active and frequently playing the game into how ever many hoping it works out and does not cause a loss of income.

I'll most likely see the reply to my post (But only items will be reset not KDR, donator ranks etc)
Problem is it's an ECO reset meaning players who either donated for a rank ticket or bought with in game and claimed it they wont get the donator points that come with the rank due to it being an "ECO Reset" Causing players to get pissy over that.
Therefore~
ECO reset/New world = not worth it as it's just to risky when everything is working perfectly fine at this time.

People are asking 5m+ for a 50k+ custom item, is this reasonable? No not really about time people start figuring things out. These items are basically 1k customs there is no difference...
Only difference is you need a total of 50k donated on an account to get the ticket there are tickets from 1k, 2k, 5k, 10k, 30k, 50k and beyond new ticket every 1k...
Players buy in name donations with in game cash and the reason behind this is to get sets of $1,000 total donated for a higher ticket the amount of pkt people are spending for in name donations to reach the newer milestones is far far less than what they try and sell the ticket/item for its obvious manipulation and they just keep slapping random prices on even higher total donated customs which is completely braindead. At the end of the day they are all just 1k customs if you manage to use your brains.
If this is what players want customs to be valued at then,
this is basically directed towards people who sell donations. You are far better off donating on your own account and racking up the total to get higher milestone total donated because doing this will get you far more pkt than what you will originally get selling donos to people in their names.
If you donate for pkt you get less pkt than what someone buying in name donos would give but at the end you get a bonus at 1k total donated which that on top of what you donated for to begin with = much more than what people buying in name donos would pay.
It is just sad customs turnd into an item people randomly slap garbage random made up values on and pray it sticks.
