Made this just so instead of taking every single person there, I can link them to this guide. Go through the portal that is south of ::home (u can use ::hween) surrounded by 2 Death's, once in speak to the "restless ghost" and click the option "How can I help you?", he'll ask you to collect the bones and then you follow the steps below. There are 4 locations in wilderness levels; 19,27,46 and 53. You need 8 bones for each colour; 8x cyan, 8x purple, 8x green, 8x orange. Be sure to pray mage when fighting the monsters. RS MAP FOR GUIDANCE : 1) lvl 19 - Teleport to ::Easts and run west. 2) lvl 27 - Teleport to level 27 through the obelisks. 3) lvl 46 - Teleport to level 50 through the obelisks and run south-east, past the fence and then continue east. 4) lvl 53 - Teleport to ::Mb and run south-west till you reach the stairs, go down the stairs and go forward. Once you have collected all the bones (32 total), go back to the restless ghost and click the option "I have some bones for you", after this you have completed the event. Enjoy.
