Heres an example: I was nsing with PK guy, i had a +375 range defence bonus vs his void, with range pray constantly on; he would hit anywhere between 25-40 on prayer. (I saw a 35 with cbow, and well over 40 with dbow). How could you say its fine when voids offensive bonuses are OP. Needs to ne nerfed. -Side note: Buff Overheads.
