Am i banned or hacked?

So, wanting to play Roatzpk today on:wais100

My username or pass doesnt work, am i banned? if so for what

i created manual recovery already and want someone to look into that

i had like 100kpkp i wasnt online since yesterday and nobody was on the account?
 

I would really like to gain access to my account back thank you!

When you first type in your username and password, if you recieve a message which says 'your account is banned', then you'll need to appeal on the forums. If you forgot your password to your account, first point is if you haven't set an email on your account "::setemail" then as you said above that you've already sent an manual recovery via email which could take atleast 2-4 days to recieve a reply. If you have already set an email on your account, you could just recover your account immediately by Re-setting a new password/security code which takes up to 2 minutes.

looks 2 me that you've forgotten your password, if you were banned you would get a message letting you know your account is disabled
