Client alpha

As many of you already know, we are currently working on a new client for you guys. These past couple of days the staff team and I have been searching the entire game for any bugs. The client is still coming as promise, we just want to make sure there is nothing that will cause you guys to have a bad time.

The custom textured capes no longer mess with fountains or trees:

Risk zone had a very pale green color due to the floor system the client used.  After revamping the floor system, ::risk has come back to life!

Not exactly sure yet.  Our main focus is finishing the source conversions and adding a new region system
