austin jr Posted April 25, 2017 Report Share Posted April 25, 2017 Just a small suggestion list: First of, client suggestions: Add: - New hitsplats - New Hitpoints Bar - New context Menu - Names above head - Hp above Heads - Hd textures - Gameframe 474, 500, 600 ____________________________________________________________________________________ - More minigames: Castle wars, add more minigames would love more minigames. - Another world with blood money currency or something else, could make the server grow way bigger. - Add A Gambler at home which hits 55x2 - Improve the Donation store, there is literally no wanted items in it. - A purple clan war portal at home. - Add a Shop with third-age/partyhats where you can buy them for pk points. - Maybe a PK world which means we'll have 3 diffrent worlds on the entire server? - Add Raid items, Elder maul, twisted bow, ballista & rest of them. not sure if they will be a added til the next client but if it will, ignore this. - Add VOTE tickets in the vote shop so you can buy them back out like you buy back the pk points in the mazchna shop. - Overleads, Prayer rewenals. - Quick pray under your HP Icon. 1 Link to comment

Ok but these take time to introduce. Firstly, we want to focus on other priorities, such as wildy bosses and fixes helping pking around the game. After that the priority should be to fix CW before adding other minigames. Also we don't want too many that take away from the current low activity of the wilderness. Maybe an actual barrows minigame but in a PK Zone like it is on DMM. Therefore it would be a decent "minigame" but also another pk hotspot. Apart from that, not really interested in minigames. - Another world with blood money currency or something else, could make the server grow way bigger. Never happening and wouldn't make the server grow bigger. Firstly, why would players come to roat for an eco server when there are so many current popular ones that people already play? Secondly, if people want a server that has a pk server as well as an eco server they already have servers like OSS. Its not worth dev time and it would also reduce wilderness activity, ruining the PK server we actually have. NTY - Add A Gambler at home which hits 55x2 - Rather dicing between other players etc instead of an NPC, as it takes any fun away from it. - Improve the Donation store, there is literally no wanted items in it. - A purple clan war portal at home. Then why would you donate for spec regen? Maybe construction pools but I wouldn't know how to implement them, especially since spec regen is literally one of the only decent features to donate for. - Add a Shop with third-age/partyhats where you can buy them for pk points.- vote shop for 3rd age? Could refund all phats/santas etc 100pkt and then add to a shop, to sort their value out. - Maybe a PK world which means we'll have 3 diffrent worlds on the entire server? Not enough players and not a good idea. Takes even more away from activity and server is just not big enough. No for many reasons. - Add Raid items, Elder maul, twisted bow, ballista & rest of them. not sure if they will be a added til the next client but if it will, ignore this. - Add VOTE tickets in the vote shop so you can buy them back out like you buy back the pk points in the mazchna shop.- Not major but a good QOL. - Overleads, Prayer rewenals. - NOOO. Go play a pre-eoc server or something like Ikov (think its called Elkoy now) if you want a game with all these features. - Quick pray under your HP Icon. - Ye thats decent Many of these ideas completely contradict what people have been asking for and the direction in which the server is trying to head in. There are servers which already have perks like this and they are not servers which are in anyway like roat or the direction in which roat is heading in. Read past server updates, popular suggestion posts etc to see where we are trying to go. Many of these suggestions do seem to be a back-step and contradict these ideas... Shit suggestion list, i suggest checking previous suggestion threads before you post also as the only decent ones you suggested have been suggested 1000000000 times before and also some confirmed to be coming out.
