I propose that a toggle be added to automatically destroy empty vials when the last dose of a potion is consumed.

This functionality must be enabled by speaking to Bob Barter at Edgeville. It can be toggled back off and on if the player wishes. Costs to activate for first time: 3000 pkp.

Support, shouldn't cost 3000 pkp though. Maybe less or none, since on 07 it just takes you 5 minutes to complete the Alfred Grimhand's Barcrawl miniquest.
