Add back the barrows NPC’s, make them 250 PKP a piece and make the NPCs drop the amulet of the damned.

Support. However, I think certain barrows items that are in high use like K top should cost more.

I can see that yes, but that item only has more value to hybrids but someone who just might kill monsters with it might not find it important enough to be worth double.

Hybrid & Tribrid's, it's a PKing server yano why would we price one of the most demanded items to use cheap because someone might want to PVM with it? I didn't say it had to be double but you get the idea

It is a Pk server, a server where people stake and PvM more than they Pk so prioritizing it for Pkers sounds good, maybe on a more active server.
