• Ability to lock only one skill from gaining experience.
• Ability to customize prayers and magic spell location placements within their respective tabs (ie move barrage to top left of magic spells)
• Configure exp drops like osrs.

  I don't see why not nor do I see this a necessity. ::swapprayer is all you really need. 
• Configure exp drops like osrs.
