Bh pk until you have 15 t1s then add a t1 to your kit until you have nothing left but t2s then rinse amd repeat until you have t10s

 

Pvming sucks, probably ur best option may even pk loot in the process

Or.. Just find rot rules in the wilderness, basically free max everytime you see him.
