If you have team viewer, please PM me your tv info and ill fix it for you once i'm at home.

Anyhow, try delete everything related to Roatpkz as well as the cache (roatpkzv5) then redownload the client.

You should be deleting everything RoatPkz related before trying the black screen fix.
