Dzone dead tile

There's a dead square 3 tiles west of the universal altar at ::dzone - if monster is stood on there when he dies, you can't pick up the loot.

 

(you can telegrab the loot, but a poor little nooblet might miss out on an ags some day bc they don't know what to do lol)
