I don't know why my client won't download it just says "a java error has occurred"

Hi,

Try these options:

• Make sure your Java is up-to-date.
• Remove any and all Roat Pkz cache. (roatpkzv6 etc.) Usually in 😄Drive.
• Try all the Client formats (.exe, .zip, .jar)
• This client (Click here to download) - It is a client for Cache/Loading problems.

 

If the above don't work, try giving this a go;

i tried to updated java but it says my internet connection is blocking it also how do i open the admin console

Your firewall might be blocking Java. Try opening your Firewall settings either through Windows control system, or through your Anti Virus program.
By Admin console, do you mean the command prompt?

I opened the admin console but i couldnt figure out how to do that, lmao too complicated for me null 

It just keeps telling me to check my internet connection
