Allow kits to have smaller pot doses

Should add a feature that pulls out potions from your bank. So if you set a kit to have a super combat pot (2) but you only have (4) in your bank, it will split one of the pots into 2 of them and leave one in your bank. Saves some doses of pots so you don't have to bring 4 doses to edge pk all the time.
