Allow people with 99 slayer to have a 10% chance of getting to repeat their last task, like on osrs. Atm there's no 99 slayer perk. Bracelet of slaughter and Expeditious bracelet. Sell them from slayer shop. Change rev tele scrolls to go straight to revs. Currently it goes to either entrance but we have a free tele to ::revs and ::chins is right next to northern entrance. Allow people to buy back their imbued god capes for pkp. Getting them again is annoying and people would be willing to pay a fair bit to get it back. Enable barrage for slayer. It would only be worth doing for a few tasks and even those tasks wouldn't be very op. Atm blowpipe is meta for just about every task which is pretty boring.
