Suggestion:

Damage dealt, in relation to determining who receives the loot from a kill, is reset on death. 

Eg:

  • player X and player Y are fighting at edge.
  • After a long fight, player X dies.
  • Player Y is low on food and teleblocked/frozen when looting by player Z.
  • Since he is low on food, he dies within a few hits to player Z.
  • Even though player Z dealt less damage to player Y than player X had, he would receive the loot as the damage that player X had previously dealt was reset when he died.
