Need help download on chromebook

Chrome OS does not allow 3rd party programs such as Java to be installed for security reasons. You'll have to enable Developer Mode and install Linux which will then allow you to install Java.
(I would not recommend enabling Developer mode unless you know what you're doing).
You'll also have to make sure that your Chromebook meets the hardware requirements for it to run Linux.

There are several guides on the internet that provide instructions on how to install Linux to run Java. Just make sure that the guide is up-to-date as to not screw up your Chromebook. 😄
