Yes I know switching rules etc. isn't against the rules. However, players can still be punished under certain circumstances (large amounts or reported frequently). (read: rules)

This guy has been trying to fuck people over at the duel arena (for large amounts) for a while now. Not sure if I'm the first one reporting this, but it's just very annoying and other players might fall for it.
