So I'm not sure if you can punish him for doing this, but this is what happened.

I have a Discord server where I share my video's and do giveaways (roatpkz).

Now someone named Abraham42 won the giveaway, then 'rasa rsps' changed his Discord name to abraham42 and asked me to send the items to 'rasa rsps' which is Tomas his actual account. Later on I got a bunch of messages etc. from the real Abraham that Tomas impersonated him to claim the giveaway (which I've put in Rasa his bank already at that time). 

Most of it happened in my own Discord server so I don't know if you guys can do anything at this point. However, it was all roatpkz related and Rasa basically impersonated another player.

In the screenshots you will see that his actual username is 'Tomas' at the moment, but he has changed it back from Abraham42 to Tomas again before any screenshots were taken.

Report declined. As you said, impersonating on a discord which isn't the RoatPkz discord is not punishable.
