Hi guys

Just tried to login seems someone has changed my password, i've logged in on another account and seen i have no items in my accounts tp, so i'm pretty sure i've been hacked and cleaned, i didn't have an email registered with the account is there anyway to recover my account and the items or no ? thanks

Since you didn’t had an email set on your account, you’ll need to recover your account manually;

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund any item lost on your account since you didn’t set an email on your account. Once you get your account again, set an email immediately and change the password so the chance of getting hacked again is rarely possible.

I just checked logs and it looks like your account indeed get hacked.

The person responsible for the hacking has been MAC-banned. Unfortunately he's lost all of your items so I cannot refund anything.
