WILDERNESS SLAYER GUIDE 2021

 

RoatPkz has Wilderness-Only Slayer.

Slayer is one of the most consistent money makers that can be done in spawn gear and drops pure PKP, which is great for new players.

 

 

Getting Started:

Get tasks at "Slayer Master" at home. You can teleport to her using ::slayer.

Right click "assignment" for a new assignment.

Right click "trade" to get an enchanted gem for free. Enchanted gems give 8 free teleports to your task.

Unlocks: 

Bigger and badder: Increases the chance of getting a superior npc. Superior Npcs give a large amount of slayer exp and a guaranteed slayer key.

Superior Npcs include - Bloodvelds, Abby demons, Gargoyles, Dark beasts

Like a boss: You can now receive boss tasks. You will be assigned them just as you get assigned other tasks. Unlike osrs, you cannot choose how many you are assigned.

Extends: 50-100 points to unlock. Gives more monsters to kill per task.

Craws Bows and Vig Maces sell for 100k. That means that each slayer point is roughly 33 pkp.

 

Salve ammy (ei) - Increases the wearer's damage and accuracy in Ranged and Magic by 20% while attacking undead monsters. This is in addition to the 20% boost to Attack and Strength that is already provided by the original Salve amulet (e). The 20% strength and attack bonuses DO NOT stack with the black mask's 16.67% strength and attack bonuses but DOES stack with Void Knight equipment.

 

Slayer Helm: When worn on a slayer task, the helm provides a melee boost of 16.67% against slayer tasks

 

Slayer helm (i): The Slayer helmet (i) is a piece of equipment that is worn in the helmet slot. It provides the bonuses of multiple pieces of protective and beneficial Slayer equipment. It functions in the same manner as its unimbued variant (with the 16.67% Melee bonus), except that it provides an extra 15% boost to Ranged accuracy and Ranged damage, and a 15% boost to Magic accuracy and Magic damage.

Colored slayer helm (i) has the same benefits as the uncolored version, only cosmetic difference.

 

Imbued heart: Players can use the Invigorate option on the heart to temporarily increase their Magic level by 2 to 10 levels (1 + 10% of the player's level, rounded down). It can be activated an infinite number of times, but it can only be activated once every seven minutes per player, regardless of how many imbued hearts are owned.

 

Viggora's Mace (u) - Requires 1,000 revenant ether to charge. Will then need 1 ether per attack. All ether are lost on death. When Viggora's chainmace is charged with revenant ether, an additional 50% melee accuracy and damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness.

 

Craws Bow (u) - Requires 1,000 revenant ether to charge. Will then need 1 ether per attack. All ether are lost on death. When Craw's bow is charged with revenant ether, an additional 50% ranged accuracy and damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness.

 

Thammaron's Sceptre (u) - Requires 1,000 revenant ether to charge. Will then need 1 ether per attack. All ether are lost on death. When Thammaron's sceptre is charged with revenant ether, an additional 100% magic accuracy and 25% magic damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness.

 

Prices tend to fluctuate. Check average trade price at ::post, ::prices, and ask around.

 

Skips/Blocks:

Cancelling any task costs 30 slayer points.

Blocking tasks cost 100 slayer points. You can unblock tasks, but you will not receive the points back.

How do I get into magic axe hut?

Why do Slayer on RoatPkz?

It's good money.

It's fairly afk depending on the task.

Having wildy boss tasks lets you use the slayer helm for faster kills.

 

Revenants Task:

Revenants is a popular spot for PKER'S and PVMER'S you can ran out quickly out of your teleport's without the enchanted gem this are the option's to get there;

A : Use the teleport ::revs and run your way through the cave (requires 89 Agility!)
B : This is a faster way then A but requires a REVENANT CAVE TELEPORT use the level 40 teleport and make ur way to revenants.

C : Use ::Chins then run north to the cave, then run down to revs.
 

When you're killing Revenants use a Bracelet of Ethereum. 

When charged, the bracelet becomes untradeable and makes the player immune to damage from revenants, with 1 charge being consumed per attack. Revenants are unaggressive when wearing a charged bracelet.
It is always lost on death, and any ether stored within it will be dropped as well, it is recommended not to place too many charges in the bracelet, as player killers will always receive the remaining ether within it as loot upon death.

Duo Slayer

Make sure both of you aren't on a current slayer task
 

 

Duo slayer is getting you the same task as your friend but not the same amount of NPC'S, it won't have any difference as if you solo task it, this make slayer enjoyable fun and you can protect each other from PKERS.

I prefer not to duo slay.

Avoiding PKers

::Shops talk to the emblem trader and click the option ; I want to opt-out of bounty hunter from now you won't get assigned any bounty target in the wilderness
 

- Try to lower ur combat level (keep a eye on the wilderness level) to a certain point where other level 126 players can't attack you anymore! 

Example for revenants level 32 Wilderness ;
This make it for me that i still can use Rigour and can't be attacked by level 126 players at 32 wild! Notice that players can also change their combat and try to kill you so always have a escape teleport like Amulet of Glory or Pod Seed to teleport out from level 30 WILD!

Slayer is underrated. It's a steady and reliable money maker, the auto-looting pk points is genius. It doesn't rely on lucky rare drops or junk drops you need to sell. Overtime you can accumulate a lot of PkP, it's not a get rich quick fix.

Gem teleports to task is good, but also be aware you can use other spots: personally I prefer to do Green Dragon tasks near ::easts and Ankous at ::cemetery (avoiding gem teleport to Rev caves). Hellhounds can be done inside the entrance of Rev caves (multi, but you can tab) or outside Mage arena/Resource area (single, but deep wild).
