This way you can only be pjed by somebody with the same Risk Defence tier as you. 500K & 1000K RISK DEFENCE TIERS MUST BE ADDED This way 500K+ riskers will be safe from a pjer risking 250K & high riskers in Torva risking 1500K-2000K will be safe from a pjer risking 500K.
