Target system?

I was think it would be nice to have a target system to where you get a target like every 10 mins. And then you could have a target point shop with like ags claws ect in it  just a suggestion

Not bad if it could be done where it could be impossible to PK farm then the higher level wilderness your target is in the higher the point count? everytime a target is killed it gets announced on server yell

so u mean bounty hunter like on osrs wer u get a random target every 2 mins and u cant farm either since its random

but u dont hav to fite the target u just get a bonus pkp or bh point for killing him
