shikkk Posted July 6 Report Posted July 6 I wanted to leave some genuine feedback for Kariya because they have honestly been amazing as server support staff. Every time I have needed help, whether it is through a help request or a private message, Kariya has responded almost instantly. It makes a massive difference as a player when you know that if something comes up, there is someone reliable there who is actually paying attention and willing to help straight away. What stands out the most is not just the fast replies, but the way Kariya handles things. They are helpful, patient, clear, and easy to deal with. There have been multiple times where I have had questions or needed something clarified, and Kariya has always taken the time to respond properly instead of making it feel rushed or brushed off. Good support staff can make a big difference to the overall experience on a server, and Kariya is a perfect example of that. They make the server feel more welcoming, more organised, and more professionally run. It is clear they care about helping players and keeping the community running smoothly. Overall, Kariya deserves a lot of credit. Their quick responses, helpful attitude, and consistent support have genuinely made my experience on the server better.
