Although hes very easy to kill hybridding, would it be against the rules if I were to rag him on his main? I have no problem with him ragging me currently I'm jw if he's allowed 2 avoid, ty

The fact you even have to ask this is proof of how ridiculous the ragging rule is. 

Don't get me wrong,  I completely understand why it's there. I'm not a ragger BTW, and I rarely NS, when I do I can last around 10mins before conceding (unless I'm super bored with lots of time to kill which is rare).

But the way it can be twisted to get someone banned is what I dislike.  IMO there should be a list created where people can sign up as "official raggers". Anyone not on this list is not allowed to rag others or get ragged themselves (basically most people will be safe).  

When a report is made against someone staff could easily check this list and decline it if the person who made the report is on the list. Just an idea to allow raggers to compete with other raggers with protection from ban.
