[What happened to the forum shoutbox?]

I just came back from being inactive for a while and noticed the forum shoutbox is gone...?

You can no longer spawn food or items while under attack against players or NPC’s.

You could never spawn food/items in the first place with players? 

You could only spawn when PVEing.

[Help!]

They work for me.

I found a bit of a bug though. Don't use VPN's. Are you using a VPN?
