[Donation Issues]

So yesterday I donated to the server and still have not received a donator status.. The money was successfully taken from my account and I received the confirmation email as well. It's been over 24 hours and the automated messaged in game advertised it as being "automatic". Has anyone had any experience in this area? Thanks in advance!
