As you can see Jujitsu tried to bait me into pk farming by bribing me with a dh set if I gave him the kill. I have seen him do this with other players as well and I don't think people that cheat like this should get away with it. Here are screenshots to 1. prove he was my target and 2. him trying to bribe me into pk farming to help him upgrade his tier. If you wish to check his logs i'd assume you'd find tons of evidence of him pk/tier farming.
