Hey guys, This morning i wanted to play and my pw was wrong (impossible since it's being saved) So quickly i logged in with a new name and asked for support. The admin Jblind told me it was hacked and he banned the hacker. The strange thing's are that: 1; It had a strong password. 2; All my osrs accounts including ~1,5B remained the same. (Of course everything has been changed and a very good pc checkup has been done) So what can i do now to get my account back in orginal state? I can provide information about items,pkp or anything to a mod/admin. Thanks alot

Logged on today a couple of days after the last DH 200m tournament and literally everything was gone. I had a rapier, d claws, bunch of dh sets, bhp etc. Totaling around 70k, I honestly can't put a price on it. It's actually ridiculous that I was hacked, nobody has access to my computer, or passwords. I'm asking to please help me out here. I'm a crazy active member and it'd be a shame if I stopped playing cause of something stupid like this. attached are just a couple of pictures of me pking proving that the account is actually mine. Let me know if there is anything I can do on my end. Please look into this. Again, the last time I logged on the account and it was actually prior to today was around 2:50 EST on Sunday July 15th, so any activity prior to that WAS NOT ME.

so I logged into my acc and no one I mean no one has my password and someone hacked into my acc and took 41k from bank in items and I spent real money on it 90$ to be exact I have donation recipts in email please help me

I woke up this morning (11 oct 2015) and I hadn't been on in 2 days or so and I went to the bank and found that all my pkp items and pkp had been removed from my bank.. is it possible for staff to check logs from these times to see who has been on my account? Could I be refunded at all or any form of compensation given? I have not given my password to anyone else ever.

As the title says ive been hacked, my account t3hking has been hacked and i lost all my items and pkp, I have 1.7k pkp as of yesterday and i also had statius set morrigans legs dragons claws those were the main items i had before i logged of and today when i logged in I was standing at home and had 0 items. 0 pkp. i am being very specific with what i say here so that you know I am not a liar and you can even ask skylin3r because he did a giveaway with some other people and I won some items. I staked those items and won pkp and statius which is when i then logged off and today everything is gone. The strange thing is I did not ever tell anyone my password or installed any software to enchance my play which means i've been hacked and you can check the ip and compare it with my ip and see who it is and everything you can do. i really dont know what to do and I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me get my items back or pkp back or roll back my account to the exact date yesterday and you will see that i am not a liar and i lost my items. i have images but i dont know how to upload them http://imgur.com/a/OIbQw
