Use this thread to request OSRS items, please check the list below to see if your item has already been suggested. Please note, adding in new items may not be perfect, this is because the client doesn't have all of the GFX and animations. I can program all of the effects and such of the weapons and items easily, but we're missing a lot of the OSRS client features. When we get those added, it will be really easy for me to update the missing features.
