Go to your Computer>Local Disk (C:)>Users>Administrator(usually what you named your PC login)>Delete any files Roatpkz related. I believe the 2 folders are roatpkzv5 and roatpkzcache or something along those lines. I'm on my work computer so I can't look for myself atm. This clears your Roatpkz cache and it will re-download it when you re-launch the Roatpkz client. This should fix your issue. It works for me every time. Hope I helped, good luck.
