Pure is Banned?

I've been off the game for a couple days, because I've been busy with life, I just haven't been on, and I come home today going to play and my account is banned?! I've donated 10$ to server and literally done nothing against the server rules yet even when I try to log in under a new name it says You have been blocked from Roatpkz, which is IP ban. What the hell?!?! Not only does it not say why I was banned, but I haven't even been on to do anything worth banning, even when I play i'm either pking or watching friends pk like I don't see why I would be banned..
