@Ex0tic should definitely apply for a position if (s)he hasn't already. They're super helpful, always down for a chat, and an overall approachable person. I would be surprised if anyone was to turn down their application as I feel as though they would fit in to the team a lot more than a few of the current Server Supports. Props to you mate!
