With a vote perk active in cc you get 20 votes, with the well active you get 30 votes and if they’re both active during the first week of the month then you get 40 votes, there are enough vote points in the game and voting takes you 5-10 minutes for 40-80k which is more than enough imo.

Well, i can confirm it is not my mouse that is the problem, because on other RSPS's it zooms out fast.

Don't agree with a bank icon, really not hard to type out ::bank and extra buttons don't really fit nicely in the gameframe. 

There could be a little bank icon chest somewhere on your screen that you can toggle on and off just like the bounty hunter interface. No problem.
