Why is it asking me for a security code when logging in?

I have been playing this server for almost 2 years and have never been asked for a security code and all of a sudden this appears on my screen. Can a mod please help me out? Client has said "Roat Pkz is loading" for 2 hours

How would I manually delete the cache? Where is it saved? Never mind. I found the cache, deleted it, and then client worked. Thanks! -
I tried downloading the client 3 different times and I still get the same message "Roat Pkz is loading." I left my PC running for about 2 hours and when I came back it still said the same message. Is it bugged or am I missing something? Been playing this server for months and this is the first time I've experienced this. Any help is appreciated.
