Usually when i try to ::yell, no matter where, it says " You must wait 1 second(s) before yelling again " and if i wait a second it might say the same message. But in ::duel i cannot yell at all. It just every single time says " You must wait 29 second(s) before yelling again ", and i got a video about that here : www.youtube.com/watch?v=q4IyiBsVotM&feature=youtu.be Anything i can do?
