when was this updated because i bought 3 packages last week and got straight trash like 15 phats and 2 vesta skirts thats it

Shouldnt the rewards of huge packages change? i dont think its worth 15$ for party hats that aint worth shit no more! So does for all the shit trash Wing capes and Roat axe's etc it aint worth shit anymore please change this because i want to buy huge packages again!
