Not receiving reset security code email

I can log into the forums, but I've forgotten my security code. I've tried to recover this via the links provided. However I'm just not getting sent an email at all. I've checked my junk folder etc.. and nothing. I did this a week ago and also about 20 mins ago and still haven't got anything.
