Hey guys, it's Elizathepat here, and I've played this server for 2-3 years, and I have some suggestions to make this server better.

 

#1: God Wars Dungeon

Adding GWD should be necessary for this server because there are only 3 PVM zones which drop loot (Donator Island, Chaos Elemental, and the infamous Roat Pkz Champ.) It'll bring a new aspect to this server because this server is a PK server, but with the new updates which made most items unspawnable (Bandos, Armadyl, etc.) The only way you can achieve these items are with PKP, and it's really not fun to just camp PK'ing and just go to the duel arena to lose it all, especially since the multivoters can just make more and more after you win against them, thus cleaning you. GWD should be a must to this server and should be a priority because of the reason that PVM is not regarded importantly on Roat Pkz and only PK'ing and staking are the ways to make money. 

 

#2: Barrows

Barrows, which is composed of killing 6 brothers, each special in their own ways (aka Dharok hitting high at low hp, and Verac's hitting through prayer) should be an addition to Roat Pkz. The six brothers, are shown below.

Dharok The Wretched

Dharok The Wretched is a level 115 melee-eccentric NPC who does more damage when he's at lower health.  

Karil The Tainted

Karil The tainted is a range-based NPC.

Ahrim The Blighted

Ahrim The Blighted is a level 150 Mage-style NPC who is also the leader of the brothers.

Torag The Corrupted

Torag is a melee-style NPC.

Verac The Defiled

Verac is a melee-style NPC who's special ability is to hit through prayer.

Guthan The Infested

Guthan's is a melee-style NPC who's special ability is to heal while attacking.

 

Anyways, I feel like Barrows should be added as there is no other viable way of making money besides PK'ing, and people who can't PK b/c they're being ragged or they just don't want to because it doesn't suit them would love this update.

#3: Yell limits and punishments

This is a very controversial topic because people feel like they're restricted if they recieve a limit of speaking on yell, but yet people complain because of the flamers on yell who basically never take it to PM even if staff gives a warning. Throughout the 2 1/2 rough years i've spent on this server, I had always felt like that needed to be an update that is necessary to limit flaming and spam, because of the fact that many people spam SO much and flame bait alot, and I feel like the limits would be like this.

Super donators would be allowed to yell every 15 seconds

Donators would be allowed to yell every 25 seconds

I feel like this change would make it better for most people, even though it affects people, it also helps them alot.

I support this topic, the yell timers especially. But duel arena has a yell timer so the way I see it donors should have to wait 30 seconds per yell at duel but supers should have 15 second timers and when not at duel arena I agree with said time span listed by Elizathepat. 

 

Staff team needs not to only make new things for donors and supers but have to look at the f2p side as well. Only PvM f2p get to use are Chaos ele and champ which are both in wilderness? Why should donors+ get the ability to fight things not in wildy when f2p dont I believe f2p need more bosses that are not in wildy or just plain npc's.

 

Also the droprate system I do not support it in all honesty if non donors only get a 1:1k chance at divine and supers get 1:750 I think that's just discrimination tbh not everyone is able to donate money to a server players here vary in age 1(yoobs cough* jkjk) to 20+  and players age of 8 might not have a paypal account and only play for fun not riches so most players rn will not try to get 6.5k for d ticket.

I believe if non donors have 1:1k chance donors and supers should have the same drop rate and make it so you can buy 10% extra drop rate scroll for 300 pkt does sound fair you use it to give yourself 24 hour time period this lasts for. Roatpkz should not be a pay to win game.

 

Another thing is Dark Bow/Armadyl Godsword - 

Dark Bow has always had shit accuracy still does making it 300 pkt in shop is kinda stupid people never used it much for pking unless it was rushing when it was spawnable because it sucked if DBow is going to be 300 pkt the accuracy needs a dramatic buff.

Same for the AGS it's same as back when it was spawnable shit accuracy and now we are expected to pay 4.5k for a bloody ags that still has shit accuracy? Accuracy needs buff tbh because I can go funpk primordials b ring(i) vesta set stat helm pkers cape ags andd hit 0's with both specs on rune...

 

Dragon Claws - There perfect I can hit 270 xp drops in vesta and rune gear there very stable with their accuracy and you can still hit 0's with them but their very stable probably the most stable spec wep in game as vls? Hitting fucking 60s when ur in rune gear normal b ring fury str cape d boots etc. I think vls is a bit op especially when it has 4x specs and its about just as good as dragon claws and claws only have 2 specs.

 

I also hope to see some npc's added to masterzone cause at this moment and since 2012 maybe 11 idk about 2011 but 2012 only benefit is to use banks at mz altars etc pkp shop and a bloody cape npc's need to be added to masterzone maybe add fucking penguins with 300 hp they drop 2 pkt on floor per kill
