Now, I am going to be extremely harsh here. The first thing that got me a big annoyed was:
The donator shop: Why are the spirit shields and chaotics restricted to donors only? The idea of it is dumb and it doesn't help the server as a whole. A pk server needs some sort of PVM and Skilling elements, this will provide balance and gives people more things to do when they're bored. But I'll get back to that specific argument soon. not a huge fan of it. I don't exactly know how this works but, it doesn't look that good. Random packages are just eww from my point of view.
Not a fan of this either, don't know why it only shows combat stats. The normal graphics for stats indication is perfect, no point changing it to something like this.
Pk Point Store:
I mean 5k for AGS and only 4 pkp per kill and 8 pkp per kill over the weekends? If you're going to make pking rewarding, having a high price of an item is understandable. But if there's no killstreak rewards that increases the amount of pkpoints you get, I mean theres no point grinding so hard lol. But you can say voting does help... let's be real it's RoatPKZ not RoatGrind yea?
PVM:
Only two monsters and I believe donors have perks for this. I understand, but condensing all the drops to two PVM monster is just plain lazy. Put more PVM monsters in the wild!! This increases the activity in wilderness!
Some monsters you can consider adding are:
Giant Mole
Bork
OSRS wildy boss..
The list goes on really..
Spawning:
Honestly I like spawn servers, but there's a point when the spawning ability goes out of balance. The same goes for Roatpkz, I don't mind spawning ahrims or barrows. Sure it's not the best for the economy but when you can spawn godswords other than ags as well as bandos. Now that's retarded, honestly make bandos obtainable from PVM or through the PKP shops. Also teleport tabs, WHY WHY WHY make them spawnable? You're promoting people to use them!! Put them in the PKP shop!!!
The problem right now is that, new players aren't going to stay that long. It's hard to build a bank (minus the fact that you donate money and stake), people will have to grind ALOT to get decent gears, East and West aren't that populated. Not much wilderness activities in general both PVM and PKing. The lack of important updates; in the end most veterans will get bored and will probably go stake at the duel arena. Depending on the outcome, they will most definitely quit. There is also a lack of staff, and events hosted by the team; A good server requires good PR with the players, hosting events. There are barely any mods/admins online...
Roatpkz will not gain more players in the long run.
Then again this is my opinion. Feels free to post below.

Roatpkz Analysis

First and foremost, this thread will be a detailed post about the pros and cons I've experienced from the server and what the staff can do from their part to revise and improve the server as a whole. The reason that I'm writing this is cause I'm bored with my life and there's nothing better to do

In all seriousness, I love these types of server and I see the potential it can bring.This thread will be edited constantly when I think of new ideas, and since it's going to be a "mega thread" it will take multiple edits before it's finally done. I will also be naming servers so I hope I don't break any rules 
. But before I get into it, here's a little introduction.
You nerds out there must be wondering who the fuck is this guy right?
Well a little background info about myself. I've played numerous RSPS since 2008, my first ever RSPS that I've came across through Mopar forums was a CammyPVP based server called "Frostiescape". I stayed with that server until it died, due to the miscommunication between the staffs and the community. It was pretty sad but lets face it, everyone moves on ey.
I continued to play RSPS as I figured, playing RS and grinding wasn't really my thing; and in my own opinion RSPS has a better community well PK wise. Some servers that I've stick around till it died.

So in a way I've seen everything that can possibly happen to a RSPS, good/bad updates, public relations etc. So I think my inputs and suggestions can HOPEFULLY increase popularity and also bring motivation to the owners of Roatpkz.
First Impression:
Upon finding RoatPkz on runelocus, I've decided to try this server out. I've always been a fan of 317/474 bridding servers. After logging in I've found myself in Edgeville level 126, no training needed instant pk with Ahrim set whip dds and rocktail as food? Sanfew serum? AWESOME! Couldn't ask for more, this is the exact server that I've wanted to play on.
Premade kits are a plus for me, they're pretty nice and the worst thing you would do to get on a spawn server is to go find a item data base and look for codes and spawn for gear and then die and be like "FUCK THIS NOT SPAWNING AGAIN! IMA QUIT." A BIG plus for me.
The same goes for the custom kits, they're a really nice feature and I give kudos to the owner for adding this.
The same goes for the PkP shop it's nice, all the goodies and give people motivation to Pk at the same time.
Voting shop is always a nice method to get people to vote as well.
Also the ::brid is a NICE alternative for bridders to get together, with range and overheads disabled; I applaud the coders for doing this. It is a great feature.
So that's basically my first impression of the server, it's always good to point out the stand out points of a server before criticizing it. I'll be editing this post later on to give my opinions of something of the questionable features and what improvements can be made.

Your cons are extremely valid and the owner has people in his ear consistently expressing discontent on the donator store and other aspects such as deep wilderness (in which chaos ele would tie-in)
That would be a valid argument a year ago but there has been numerous updates to benefit donors outside the chaotics and ss (ie: the alters at home, when you leave the wilderness your tbs gone).
To address your argument with a personal opinion.. I believe that people don't even donate for chaotics/ss... I think people ONLY donate for yell and also that it's so accessible/it's an economic crutch for many people. I think chaotics/donor are just a feature people use because it's there, especially considering how flagrantly inferior you're automatically seen as for using them

So it's summer holidays for me now (Australia, Southern Hemisphere), I decided to check out some RSPS since it's been ages that I last touched one. Came across Roatpkz, a half decent server that I've been looking for. A semi active bridding community and no training needed.
Few things that I love about this server:
- Semi active bridding community
- No training needed
- Decent (not the best) combat system
Things that I hated:
- Why are spirit shields and chaotics donators? O_O
- Nice Pkp shop but the exchange rates are too high for my liking, should be revised
- Laggy in some cases
- I understand that it's a "PK" server but Chaos Ele as an only PVM option? ;_;
And erm I found this quite funny lol.

You're probably the most dedicated staff member out of everyone. if only there's a lot more of you; I suppose Roatpkz will remain the same until it dies out, at the same time it's not gonna increase or decrease players anytime soon. But soon enough you'll see veterans quit, or sell their items thru Sythe because they simply don't want to play this server anymore. This is due to the lack of change and involvement of staff. I thank you for your reply, you're probably the only person that gave me a serious feedback without any trolls or smart asses trying to prove me wrong.
Nonetheless, if these issues aren't fixed; server will die out. Period.
