To start things off, I didn't hate or dislike Zoradz for the first couple weeks. I felt like he was doing his job sometimes but was off-topic many items.
He is barely online and when he is online there's probably 50 players on. After playing the game and getting a feel for it also having to deal with my personal "Hacked Issue," which Zoradz was "trying," to help me with me. I came to a conclusion that in-game moderator Zoradz should be demoted.
1. When I asked him what happened to my account and how I lost items all his statements I had an answer to and he was beginning to feel lost.

This screenshot shows he has told me there won't be a refund and I never said I wanted a refund I just wanted to know what happened to my items. He also "guessed," that a player killed me but when I asked him how are you sure of that he said "It's the only possible thing I can think of." This shows he doesn't know how to do his job or is trying to cover things up.

This big obvious screenshot shows my frustrations and how Zoradz does not give a fuck about my Pixels and tells me "other Big Stakers have more." Do you really think that matters to me? I lost what I feel like is bank to me and I spent time on this game I don't care if "Big Stakers" lost more.
Hopefully this staff member is advised or even demoted until he can realize how to handle a situation more maturely and accurately. By the way if this thread gets deleted or closed whats the point of having staff feedback if you staff members are going to get butthurt and not want anyone else to read a report on you? Good or Bad take it in. Also, I am quitting until I get a good enough explantion as to what happened to my account.
