Hey guys i have an issue i cant play the game, i downloaded client doenst work

Hello all, I cant open my client i deleted all and i redownloaded it but dont work it stops always at 'Downloading cance (29) can anyone help me please a dutcher (Netherlands)

my client reload i had all delete after redownloading but it always stops at downloanding cach (29) can some one help me ..?
