You're absolutely right, but a server like this SHOULD have more than 5% of players in a clan. It'd make things a lot more interesting.

Yeah all I'm saying is getting scammed any which way is the player's own fault. I support action not being taken against scammers, but just take that part out of the rules section for the sake of future reports. I could easily quote rule #7 to completely counteract the outcome of this report here:

That's a very specific rule. So I could get punished for saying a minecart ticket is a Donator Ticket and selling it as one, but I couldn't get punished for telling someone to meet me at ::westernparty
to sell me their bank, right?

I was scrolling through and realized rule #7 includes "item scamming", which we all know not one staff member enforces. It should be removed from the rules list to avoid future confusion as we've been repeatedly told scamming isn't against the rules, as there is a 2nd trade and duel screen in place for a reason.
Unless, of course, you guys recently started dealing with scammers that I don't know of.

Clan Wars.
Literally. Something like Tourny worlds in 07, with 3v3, 5v5, etc integrated with the current cc system to allow for organized team run-ins. Relatively easy to suggest, but not sure how easy it would be to implement.
There aren't many active clans on Roatpkz, and this might just help the cause. Most clans consist of varrock pkers and wilderness boss baiters while there's also a small presence of team(s) who truly dominate (you know who you are). If entry-level or even intermediate team pkers were given the chance to compete against others of equivalent skill level without being crashed by said dominant team *cough*, maybe just maybe Roatpkz could have a few organized teams running around wreaking havoc on each other.
I'd also like to mention the amazing updates lately, I feel like we as a community focus on what we're not getting and taking these updates like the poll system and combat improvements for granted.

Of course, most people on this server have never pked on 07 or with a real combat system, I'm not denying that. However, it's a fun aspect of the game. I've only been NHing for about a year and a half now, mainly because I never knew such a thing existed because of how long I was away from the game. < The point of that sentence is that not everyone knows how to NH or brid right off the bat (or pk in general for that matter), but how can anyone learn to team pk if no one team pks? No one could learn how to nh or brid properly if no one practiced those things.
I guess all I'm saying is some variety would be nice. All we see on Roat is a bunch of irrelevant 1v1 beefs that never seem to end.

It's just not that fun when Easts is packed with a bunch of people bullying Meridian with full tb's through 20 levels of wilderness because of your reputation lol. Clearly a competitive clan, but no proper fights seem to be set up. We need something like 3v3, 5v5 clan wars portals integrated with cc's like 07.

I feel like there's no real organised clanning going on. It used to just be Meridian vs randoms & all their friends they could scrap up to try to compete at Easts...
Idk I just wish more people would grow some balls and get some organised teams going that last longer than 48 hours without disappearing into thin air.
