New event called Bounty Target

It's time for a new event. As we all know, The wilderness is on a slump.

Make a vote poll for this if you're not certain of my suggestion,

Let the players decide either it's a cool update or not, To summon up, The event is basically on a new level.

The idea is very simple and it goes like this> Server support ranks+ only can host it. Players can multiply the reward via a command (::setbounty).

The host will surely set a reward that's convenient to them, Event goes like this> Ranked player teleports to unknown spot in the wilderness, therefore to activate the event so everyone is alerted. They will be looking for a target with a specific bounty on them (Can be anywhere). Nobody is allowed teleport via bounty scrolls during the event straight to the target. The gear is maximized tanker possible on due to the challenge. HP rates should be similar top HPevent but less. Prayer protection should be used as well for the competes and to prevent leeching, Every player on the server should be allowed to participate as long as they bring emblem tier 5+ to attack. Inluding NH setup!

The target is allowed to move and run freely from the PKers and hide from them again in the wildernes to make it longer. (the more its on the more pkers will come)

Make it as far as possible away from the  portals, Levers, etc.. and you can only teleport from wilderness at level 25. bring risk 2-5k+ to participate this type of event and get a chance of a remarkable reward. Other than keys and such.. Maybe a master clue reward as a bonus? Tempting the hunters to go in on this would be surprisingly activating the wilderness again overtime. This is just a sketch to fill in the blanks.
