i cant start the launcher

when i try starting the launcher it just keeps saying ''Roat pkz is loading'' and nothing happens. I waited over 30 minutes a few times, still nothing happens

C:\Users\YourName\ , then find a folder called "Roatpkzv5" and delete it, then Reload the client. Let me know if it works for you.
